My husband and his employees came in for lunch and they had a pretty good experience until the end. Their server forgot to ask them if the check was to be split or all together at the beginning. When it was time to check out, the server refused to split the check 7 ways and instead split it 3 ways. He sat there and watched all of the guys struggle to figure out how to split it amongst themselves, making a nice lunch into a headache and frustrating situation. I understand splitting checks can be annoying but if you forgot to ask at the start, it’s on you and you should split it for them. It was bad customer service. Also, forced gratuity for crappy service is a double slap in the face.

We had dinner here and the food/service was good but I guess the owner was out of town and her husband was walking around being rude as heck so We will never go there again. I understand when she is there she won’t let him out of the kitchen. I’m not sure why he’s such a sad person.

Sawtooth Luces was an amazing experience! I just stopped off for a break from driving to figure out where I was going and the server Jason and cook D, came out and gave me great advice on what to do and they happen to have a room because one of the employees was gone because it was the off-season and I stayed there a couple nights and it was fantastic! I felt like I was at home.
Jason and the owners brought me ice for my knee, and were just really friendly and accommodating. I was sad to leave!

Great choice for some sawtooth lunch or dinner. When you're camping at Redfish lake, grab your bike and cycle over for one of the best views in America. Then get a burger or vegan curry at Luce's, chat with the kind server, and enjoy a good beer from the tap. The curry was surprisingly good!
Miserable blue cheese burger. Totally flavorless. All I had was the burger, fries, and water and my bill was $28.33 including tip. Ridiculous

The food was okay at best but both servers were very rude. They complained that we were a party of 12 without a reservation, told us they did not have time to split checks (with 4 other tables of people outside and zero tables inside). Just overall the rudest experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Owners should know the waiters are doing them a disservice. Each family in our group could have taken tables outside and maybe had better service.

This is a great place to get a great burger and brew! We have come here a few times for an anniversary dinner and the food and atmosphere is wonderful. We were able to eat outside and enjoy the view of the Sawtooth mountains.

We ate here before and after our backpacking trip. Service is awesome. Both visits our servers were simply fantastic.
Draft beer list is small but epic. Seriously. That amber? Someone knows their beer.
I had the same burger both times. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. One of the best burgers of my life.
I'll be back for sure, even though I live 1,500 miles away.
