Best tacos in all of Eastern Idaho. I had them cater my wedding they are so good. I recommend either the tacos or the quesadilla. You won't find a better more authentic taco truck anywhere!Parking: You can pull right up to the taco truck and park anywhere close to it!

Tacos Gonzales is the best food in Southeast Idaho. Everything is made with the best quality, it’s authentic and delicious every time. It’s well worth your time driving out from Rexburg, Teton Valley, Idaho Falls, or if you’re just driving through. The earlier you can get there the better as the food can sell out quickly when there is a crowd, which attests to the quality of the food. I promise once you have Tacos Gonzales you’ll quickly be craving it at all times of the day.

Absolutely fire tacos! Definitely give this place a shot. Great food, great service, and we greatly appreciate that there’s a salsa selection with some real heat. Only downside is they’re ALWAYS slammed, but if that doesn’t tell you it’s good food I don’t know what will!
