Stopped in for breakfast. We were told breakfast has ended. I said I thought breakfast ended at 11:00 am, it was 10:45. She said the breakfast cook was getting ready to leave so they stopped breakfast early. So we left and drove to Kamiah (20 min) and had a great breakfast. We don't really like going to Timberline anyway because service is usually slow and the food is subpar, but its the only restaurant in town.

I had a double burger with all the fixings, but without the bun and it was delicious! The meat was so tender and flavorful and everything else on it was just the best. The service was excellent, too.

We had a great meal and friendly waitress and cook!! Absolutely wonderful. We had breakfast before we set up camp at deyo reservoir. Fantastic breakfast and the prices are excellent. My friend had his seven year old son with him. He asked for a waffle, but the cook told us the waffle maker was not working, asked if a pancake would be alright, he said yes. So she comes back with a mickey mouse shaped pancake, with whipped cream and chocolate chips on it!! How kind to do that. The next day, we went in for a Sunday dinner. The waitress was so amazing, they had just served about 25 people, all at once!! She was telling us about it. And she was smiling and pleasant and so very polite. Need more young people like her. The cook was smiling as well, she was helping the waitress, great teamwork. The chicken fried steak was delicious, a fresh piece of beef, you can tell, unlike most restaurants I've been to, they are frozen and deep fried. This steak was not. Great meal we all had. Kudos to the Timberline Cafe!! Thank you!

This cafe used to be quite good, the last time we went there it was not, the women in the kitchen was very rude and uncaring the code I ordered was way over cooked and the fish was almost black and smelled like very old fish. We will not go back I advise anyone else that are thinking about it , don’t!

Love the burgers. Cooked to perfection every time. Oh and those onion rings are great! The strawberry shakes were really good. The pizza was really good too. Will definitely go back next time we are in the area. Only drawback is they are so good they get busy LOL Very worth the wait!!

My friend walked to the door and it was open so as iam getting out of the vehicle my friend comes running out .. apparently they were not ready to open when the sigh Open..I have done 100s of reviews, this place is one of my lowest reviews to date.
