Just wanting to update my review to add, ... The last few times I have picked up food, & I believe Chef Merit(sp) has cooked our food,... It has delightfully been cooked perfectly!... Thank you!... I see you and appreciate your quality of cooking.
First time diner. Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and fries. They were out of Pepsi and Dr Pepper. Not a biggie. Chicken sandwich tasted good and the fries were nice and crispy. My issue is ; food was delivered without a straw. I asked for one. Car hop tells me it’s in the bag, it wasn’t. I said as much. She walked away as I was speaking. So I went inside to get one. It’s a little thing yes but customer service should mean something.
My waitress seemed like she was more interested in her friends that pulled up next to me, then taking my order. Tried calling the store because something that makes up in my order to try and get it fixed. The young lady that answered the phone told me that there was no one in charge and no manager on site. I tried asking when her manager would be in and she hung up on me. I tried calling three times, and nobody answered the phone.
