Excellent customer service from the drive-thru ordering station, payment & order delivery! Very nice staff who were genuinely caring in dealing with us. Our breakfast order was delivered quickly and tasted great - just like we expected. What a gem of a McDonald's.

I just ordered McFlurries. 1 Oreo and 1 M&M. Both had a small amount of toppings dumped on top of the ice cream. They weren't stirred. This started with the new paper cups they've been using. I thought McFlurries were supposed to be McDonald's version of a DQ Blizzard. This is ridiculous for the price. Is this how all of the McDonald's are making them now or just a Weiser thing. Very disappointing.

My visit to this location today, was pretty terrible. I place a very detailed order through the McDonald's app. Normally, I don't request condiments when placing an order through the app. I usually just ask for them at the window when picking up my order. For some reason, this time I decided to list them. Apparently, when filling orders, they choose to pay zero attention to the "extras" listed in the app because not 1 single condiment I asked for was included. I don't know why this irritates me more than the fact that the scrambled eggs that were supposed to be included in my big breakfast, were also missing. My whole reason for ordering through the app and picking it up at the drive-thru window, is so that I can take my meal and enjoy it in the comfort of my own home. I guess, shame on me for not digging through the contents of my bag before I leave, to make sure people are paying attention and doing their job properly.

Weiser McDonald’s is hands down the best McDonald’s around. I haven’t gone into a fast food place in years where the workers have been kind, nice, happy, but here they were all of this and more. All of them 👏 went out of their way, were helpful, and went over and beyond. They all deserve a raise and acknowledgement! Thank you
