If i could rate this place ‘0’, I would. This place has nothing but unprofessional employees. It almost never fails that they have me park to wait, while I watch multiple other people be served - some of them the same items I’ve ordered. The employees here are incredibly disrespectful. It is unfortunate that this is the second instance that I’ve had with a mobile order that i didn’t receive even though it’s been paid for, due to the amount of time these people expect me to wait. This is supposed to be fast food. It’s shouldn’t take 10-20 minutes to make a drink. Not to mention, these employees are clearly not trained in customer service.

Well after messing up on my order again (as they have often in the past) I finally decided to call and let them know of their mistake. The staff was incredibly unresponsive. The manager half-heartedly assured me that I would be provided a replacement meal for their mishap. HOWEVER, they absolutely refused to send me an email as a confirmation that they would follow through on their guarantee, stating instead I would be added to their "book" of names in a book kept at the establishment that supposedly keeps track of what customer's complained and asked for a refund. Upon showing up and asking for my replacement meal, the management reluctantly agreed but only allowed a replacement sandwich as opposed to the meal.in general. Upon voicing my discontent with the decision of the management, "Susan", I was then verbally attacked by another customer stating I was simply a rich snob essentially and that I should not mind paying for another meal. I felt violated and attacked, and the manager "Susan" condoned this behavior. I have since called the McDonald's corporation and placed a formal complaint. I would recommend avoiding this low-class establishment that condones a riot mentality and praises their customers for abusing others at said establishment.

Oh my, they need to do something about the flies. Everytime I come in there are so many flies - I mean outhouse level flies. I'm at a table here typing this and I see 9 on my table right now. I get about 5 seconds of peace before I have to wipe the from my face or leg. Do not come inside go through drive through.
Flies. Thousands of flies, on everything. on the food, on the table, on the windows, on the soda machine, everywhere.. Absolute filth. McDonald's corporate really don't care, clearly. Prices were pretty high for sitting in an outhouse, too.

I ordered a hamburger from the dollar menu, a small fry, and a sweet tea because I'm not a big eater. All were good. The sweet tea was perfect, not too sweet.The young people working the windows were cheerful and polite.
