So I came in, mind you I was in a great mood. So i started ordering my sandwich and I tried talking to the sandwich maker and she has such a big attitude. No eye contact, only talked to me unless she had questions about the sandwich. I used to work at a subway when I was younger and I never treated anyone like this. She needs to get a serious talking to I believe it was Ryan, Or Rhaya. I felt so disrespected. If you’re gonna go here make sure to ask for the other worker working if there is someone.

Just received a footlong and a wrap. Not Happy. Even though food was fresh... ordered extras on both sandwiches were missing. Philly wrap was not toasted. American did not have the yellow peppers. Also I tried to order more meat... Was Un-able to do so. Might also talk to workers about play while customers are present.

I drive almost 70 miles round trip just to order from your store, and for the second time in a row my sandwiches have been made completely wrong and look like they were thrown together with zero care. I ordered eight sandwiches today, and not a single one was made correctly — they were mangled and messy. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, ordering for my whole family several times a month, but I’m done wasting my time and money. I’ll gladly drive the extra 15 minutes each way to the Ontario location where they actually take pride in their work and treat customers with respect.

It’s really irritating that they are constantly out of different toppings. I genuinely don’t know how you can just be constantly out of cheese. There isn’t some in the back? I feel like they’re just being lazy and aren’t ordering enough or don’t want to go get more.

We used the Sub-Way application. We tried the delivery service. It took almost an hour. The orders were hastily fulfilled, they were cold, Nachos slid to one side (and cold) in the tray.. The instructions (Like condiments on the side) were ignored. Terrible location.
We went in to try the nachos the gal made them and we noticed there was no nacho cheese, when we asked about it she said they were out and just used extra cheddar we said wish we would have know that because we wouldn’t have gotten it, also the pizza dippers were so hard you can barely chew
