We went in to try the nachos the gal made them and we noticed there was no nacho cheese, when we asked about it she said they were out and just used extra cheddar we said wish we would have know that because we wouldn’t have gotten it, also the pizza dippers were so hard you can barely chew

Every time I order from this store, the employees are rude or act like they really don't want to be there. If I'm going to spend $15 on a veggie sandwich, I prefer to do that at restaurants that at least act like they want my business.

I thought about leaving 4 stars but decided on 5. There were 2 workers in tonight and we walked in just a minute after an entire basketball team and waited about 10-15 minutes for them to order which was totally fine. I watched Olivia hustle her way through the orders, and she was quick to jump on my families order. There were 2 people behind me who she acknowledged abour online orders and apologized for our wait. The other worker in was a bit on the irritated and rude side, but 5 stars to Olivia who handled a rush like a true boss. I’ve worked in the food industry for many years leading up to management and was impressed with her attitude! Thank you Olivia (:

Really disappointed in this visit to subway. Not only did the two employees seem like they didnt want to even be there, but the stock of supplys was poor. Our sandwiches were made correctly minus lack of desired bread but were not cut in half like normal. Benefit of the doubt if both individuals are in training but the lack of customer service skills leave something to be desired.

This subway used to be a go-to place for my place of employment for an option to pizza. A short while back, the corporation started making the stores use their delivered produce from wherever, and the quality of the sandwiches went in the toilet. Fresh local versus shipped in not so fresh. Also, the popular downsized portions and charge same price makes this and every other restaurant a bad option for eating. I can make better, bigger, sandwiches at home for what I would pay for a couple Scrubways and, have leftover ingredients. I was just looking and saw a sandwich being made, and my decision to leave was sound.
I haven't eaten at Subway in a long time, their prices are too high. So when I saw a deal on a foot long on the app, I went for it. It was early. My husband and I love the steak, egg and cheese on flat bread, loaded with veggies and Chipotle. The flat bread was like a cracker, not soft like it use to be. There were hardly any ingredients at all on it. My husband and I always got a foot long and split it. I was still hungry and almost didn't take his half to him. All the ingredients together didn't even make the thickness a 6" use to be. My son ordered a sandwich too. Both of our orders were ready before our pick-up time even thigh they had just opened. The girl was friendly.

I went in a couple days ago and the girl serving me was plain rude and disrespectful, her name tag said on it Sophia. The other girl who rang me did not give me near the same attitude as the other girl and was much nicer. Which is a shame since I do love going to subway.

I placed an online order and it said it was going to be ready in 15 min. I went to the store and went through the line and they hadn't started making it yet. So I proceeded to wait as more people came in and watched then make the food for the people walking into the store for another 30 min until they started making my sandwiches. I waited a total of 45 min in store to get my sandwiches.
