Just received a footlong and a wrap. Not Happy. Even though food was fresh... ordered extras on both sandwiches were missing. Philly wrap was not toasted. American did not have the yellow peppers. Also I tried to order more meat... Was Un-able to do so. Might also talk to workers about play while customers are present.
I thought about leaving 4 stars but decided on 5. There were 2 workers in tonight and we walked in just a minute after an entire basketball team and waited about 10-15 minutes for them to order which was totally fine. I watched Olivia hustle her way through the orders, and she was quick to jump on my families order. There were 2 people behind me who she acknowledged abour online orders and apologized for our wait. This subway used to be a go-to place for my place of employment for an option to pizza. A short while back, the corporation started making the stores use their delivered produce from wherever, and the quality of the sandwiches went in the toilet. Fresh local versus shipped in not so fresh. Also, the popular downsized portions and charge same price makes this and every other restaurant a bad option for eating. I can make better, bigger, sandwiches at home for what I would pay...
