Papa Kelsey's | Pizza & Subs

I like the food and have eaten there several times. It can be a bit pricey. I have had the ice cream in the past and it was really good. Went for ice cream tonight and was told they don’t have ice cream. The sign says otherwise! WTH?

Found this restaurant online and decided to try it. Had a salad and sandwich. Everything tasted very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is casual and comfortable. I would definitely come back.

I like Papa Kelsey’s a lot. I was very disappointed by this one. There was two slices on ham on a whole sub, there was very little cheese, and the tomatoes were disgusting. The Italian salad I got had brown soggy lettuce, the olives looked like they were on the verge of becoming raisins and al in all it was just gross. I used to work at the one out in Kimberly, and I know how to make most of the sandwiches, pizzas and salads. I know what the food should look like and taste like. As for the service, after we were done eating the kids wanted a cookie, we waited ten minutes for someone to come to the front counter. I think I will stick to the Jerome location where I know it’s better.

This location has a more simple and less comfortable vibe than the Buhl location and the Hagerman one. Mind you the food is good. However the service was kind of hit and miss. I would recommend getting take out rather than dining in. Atmosphere is not special or worthwhile.

Nice pizza

Sandwiches had very little meat on them and too much sauce. Charge for water out of dispenser and surcharge if you use a credit card. Cookies were over cooked.

My husband called and placed an order around 6 pm, he asked for a hawaiian pizza sub & a light onion french dip (he had to ask for light onions 4 times!).. we brought it home. My husband has a regular pizza sub no pineapple whatsoever. My French dip is covered & I mean covered in onions. My husband's fry sauce is broken and spilled in his fries.. oh and half were burnt. For not a single person eating in there at the time of order... cmon.

Overcharged, food was terrible, 2 pizzas were made completely wrong! I get server bad migraines eating anything tomato based. Specifically requested 2 of them to be made with ranch base instead of pizza sauce. Drove in a bad snow storm to get them and came back home to 2 being made wrong and the 1 pizza for the kids tasted like it had rotten cheese!! All I asked for was a refund of all my money!! Especially being over charged!! Deal was 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for $20.99! I got charged $61.24 for 4 medium pizzas!! If it were The Gines or the Sears that still owned the restaurant they would have done me right!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOR WILL I EVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!

This place is a joke! 2 pizzas were made completely wrong and they tasted terrible! The girls working had terrible customer service! And even after my daughter talked to the owner and he said he would do full refund on Monday he turned around on Monday and refused to do it!

Went to Papa Kelseys before the midnight madness parade.. and I have to say that the crew was on point!!! The place was insane busy, but everyone was calm, cool, collected. It was clear that everyone had a job to do and they each did their part perfectly! We didnt have to wait long to order, and our order was perfect, and came out alot quicker than we anticipated! Kuddos the the entire crew, and a great job being prepared for a big rush!!
