My husband called and placed an order around 6 pm, he asked for a hawaiian pizza sub & a light onion french dip (he had to ask for light onions 4 times!).. we brought it home. My husband has a regular pizza sub no pineapple whatsoever. My French dip is covered & I mean covered in onions. My husband's fry sauce is broken and spilled in his fries.. oh and half were burnt. For not a single person eating in there at the time of order... cmon.

Overcharged, food was terrible, 2 pizzas were made completely wrong! I get server bad migraines eating anything tomato based. Specifically requested 2 of them to be made with ranch base instead of pizza sauce. Drove in a bad snow storm to get them and came back home to 2 being made wrong and the 1 pizza for the kids tasted like it had rotten cheese!! All I asked for was a refund of all my money!! Especially being over charged!! Deal was 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for $20.99! I got charged $61.24 for 4 medium pizzas!! If it were The Gines or the Sears that still owned the restaurant they would have done me right!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOR WILL I EVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!

The food is SO GOOD! You need to go here! I've had the subs before and they blow my mind.I had a breakfast burrito and it was perfection! My friend got the breakfast pizza and it looked really good too! She said it was. It was super cold there but the food warmed us up.

If I could give 0 stars to the Jerome location I would. Definitely don't recommend delivery from this location (Jerome location) due to using doordash. I ordered some subs for my family and never got them. Ordered them at about 7:30pm. We never received our order. No call nothing. Ended up with our ordered getting canceled through a text and then they closed the location for the night. The last the could do is call and refund our money. But nope they just canceled and closed. Delivery shouldn't be an option unless your order is guaranteed to be delivered.

Came for dinner after a day at the hot springs. We ordered a large Hawaiian pizza and asked if we could substitute pepperoni for the Canadian bacon. We were charged for an additional topping (pepperoni) and then they eliminated the Canadian bacon for free. I wish they would have told me about the extra charge because I may have not made it. The large pizzas were $2 off but we didn't get that discount...so remember to ask before paying. The pizza was just Ok. Everything is out of a can or box...nothing original. Cheap ingredients made for just a barely Ok pizza. The salad was head lettuce with 2 chopped pepperonis and a sprinkle of olives and cheese. Again, not worth the price. The gal ringing us up didn't know how to add a combo meal or how to give up the advertised discount. She never looked at us, made friendly eye contact, nor greeted us warmly....she looked like a deer in the headlights. I understand just starting out, but much more training is needed. Overall we had a very poor experience, and poor food for $26. We will never be back.
