Decided to treat myself and order on the app- they used the wrong bread, which was stale and extremely hard, it literally just crumbles apart when you try to bite into it. I paid for extra bacon on my blt and there’s barely any on there, there’s hardly any lettuce either. This was such a bummer. Be sure to check the quality before you leave the restaurant if you are picking up.

There foot long snacks are not good. The rollips are dry and gross, the cookie is more of a cake then cookie. The churro is chewy and tuff

The sandwich artist cut open the bread then to keep it open, placed her hands on it and applied the entire weight of her upper body to smash it open, like she was administering CPR. She BARELY put on enough tomatos, despite being asked 3 times for more, she failed to put on onions and pickles like I asked. The churro was terrible, the pretzel was stale and overall it was a very poor experience. I won't be going back to this location.

Ordered online for pickup from my favorites. Usually love subway but the Wendall location has gone wrong 3 times in a row now. Twin is much better! It is a 30 min drive so sent my husband for pickup. Both sandwiches were Italian Herb and Cheese Bread. Both arrived as flatbread. Paid extra for fresh mozzarella. No mozzarella. I actually didn't even know about the mozzarella because I had not opened the sandwich when I called them about it being flatbread. Had to call 3 times before someone picked up. Then that guy said, "I didn't make your sandwich hold on." A girl comes on and says, yeah I see the bread now. I can remake them. So I send another person to pick up (another 30 min drive) and I get a call back from the girl stating they are out of Mozzarella. I say, you can take it off the other sandwich coming back She replies, "that sandwich doesn't have mozzarella, we have been out all day". Okay..... Did you credit for the extra charge? She says she can have the manager call me tomorrow. The staff clearly needs more training at this location. Will be avoiding in the future.

Horrible!! I usually love me some Subway, but not from this location! Customer service was atrocious! Bread was dry and they wouldn't honor their own coupon. Zero stars for service! Too dang expensive for sandwiches and awful service!
