This place is THE breakfast spot! Worth traveling for. The prices are fair, the portions are huge & the taste is incredible! You can tell the food is made with care. Ingredients taste fresh and home made. The menu has something for everyone. The service was fast and friendly. Susie took great care of us! We’ll be back as soon as we can! Highly recommend this restaurant.

Came down on a busy Friday evening to try the place out with the new owners, we both got the Captains Plate and the food was delicious! Perfectly cooked and plated beautifully. Big fresh salad that came before the meal, and tasty Iced Tea. The loaded smashed potato was my favorite part! The portions was huge, but the price was low. Good service, and quick. The menu is comfort diner style foods, but lots of tasty daily special’s. Highly recommend!

REFUSED to serve my Hispanic contractors! Was having a cabin built in the back country of Whitebird. When my Hispanic contractors went for lunch to the closest place (Red's Cafe) they were not allowed to be seated and were told to leave! SUCH IGNORANCE!!! The Hispanic crew are very respectful, hardworking, mind their own business people and simply wanted lunch to be able to then get back to work and finish their job! BIGOTS!

the food was really good but the staff seemed to have no interest in checking on customers. staff and random friends stood around and talked. i experienced some hostility and nosiness. there was only one good waitstaff.
