Addison A&W is always clean, even the tables are regularly washed. The food is tasty and well portioned. A highlight is the Mushroom Onion Melt, it had plenty of grilled onion and mushrooms with well melted Swiss. They serve the drinks in glass mugs in the dining room which makes a great cold drink with out needing ice. The Zero Sugar Root Beer is great.

The worst experience I ever had eating a cheeseburger. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers it was buy 1 get 1 thought I was getting a deal. When I pulled over to open the bag I first noticed how hard the bun was. Now it's 11 am everything should be fresh but when I lifted the hard bun to look at the meat it looked like it was made yesterday. I'm sure it was made yesterday. I used to love a&w. Now I am so turned off by them.

Best root beer. Get an ice cold mug and just enjoy the root beer in-store. Chili cheese dogs are good. Watch out for crazy drivers going into the sams's club fueling.
Food was really good. My son said the popcorn shrimp were the best he’s had. Everything was fresh and the service was great!

Took them 10 minutes to come at the window. Gave me the wrong drink and didnt give me my full order. I ordered a number noce they only gave me the fries and tenders with no bread. Gave me the wrong drink i asked for a pepsi and i got a rootbeer i wont ever come here again.

We walked in everyone very friendly, clean and knowledgeable about their menu. Great burgers and tenders . Way better than in and out ! If you know what I mean! The manager gave us a free cone card , that was a plus !
The customer service was just spectacular, and after we got seated, they brought us our drinks quite quickly. The food the over priced and you can't taste much Seasoning. The corn dog bites were good but not so much the tenders or two chicken breaded sliders.

The food is below average... somtimes places like this look crowded nd busy because of the high traffic that surrounding it ..but known no one is driving to this spot if it were out of the way.. Just a waste of grease and calories I put in my body, that i did not enjoy.. ? the chicken had a blubber piece of fat in it that just hanging out in the chicken thankfully i saw it b4 biting into it.... I wnt be back here again.
