Worst fucken service took an hr to take my order another 25 mins for some fucken wings

I live out of town, and I was excited to try this restaurant, for it seems they have a little bit of everything. However, the first time I decided to try it out, I didn't have access to a car. Thus, I ordered food from them, via uber eats. First of all, the only item I ordered was a bowl of chili. Just chili. When I received it, not only did the chili only consist of burnt black beans, but the liquid chili mix and the black beans were separate...You could legitimately tell where the mix stopped and the beans began. It was like two separate dishes in one tiny cup container. Obviously, I knew that this had absolutely nothing to do with uber eats, and was fully this restaurant's responsibility. So, when I tried contacting American Tap and Pub to ask for a refund, they were incredibly rude. The manager I was on the phone with was very degrading, (kept calling me honey), as well as telling me it was Uber Eat's fault, since that is where I ordered it from. I tried explaining the situation, and that it had nothing to do with the delivery, but he shut me down, and practically said too bad. 10/10 DO NOT recommend this restaurant. Bad and food and bad service.

American Tap has the best staff and food. I went for Extreme Bar Bingo. The food and drink specials were awesome! I highly recommend going on Tuesdays for bingo, trust me its not your mom's bingo.

Food was great. Bartender Ray she was friendly and cool . Our order was wrong but they quickly rectified it. Private event area was roomy lots of seating including a couch .

They are very rude, they will kick you out even when your not drinking or if the weather is bad or if you just waiting for a Lyft or Uber! They allow their own people to smoke and to relax on the bar meanwhile they give others beers or shots!!! And the bartender is not polite!!!

This place is awesome! Food 10/10. Drinks 10/10. Friendly staff 10/10. Service 10/10. I was here when "Erica" (fake profile) got cut off because she could barely keep her eyes open. They had to ask her to leave politely 3 times and finally she stormed out slurring her words.

Antonio is great in the restaurant. He's been doing it a long time. Restaurant Business is hard he makes it look easy. American Tap has a great selections of Draft beers, libations and staff is friendly. they free pour which i like and bar food is great you have to try the southwest eggs rolls. The breakfast burger is par none. Thank you for making it the way i like it. 5 stars
