The service was horrible. At least the server we had. Corrected waitress 3 times on my pizza order and she rudely corrected me with this is how we do it. But guess what the pizza came out wrong still. She wouldn’t have know. That because she never came back to the table once the food was delivered by other staff. I had to get someone to tell them after waiting 10 min to see if she would come check on us. Then instead of removing it from my bill or discounting it they just made another pizza. Not even same size I ordered. The food was good but the service and the lack of care from the server has turned me away from going back. Poorly handled..especially for the cost.

7 of us came here for dinner last night after spending the day at the pumpkin farm and apple picking. The waitress kept side eyeing me and insisted that she'd served me before, which is interesting because I'd never eaten there before. The pizza was not very good (the thin crust or the stuffed) and we ended up taking almost all of it home. Then we got the $170 check, which included an automatic 20% gratuity which was almost $30!! The food is nowhere near good enough to charge such high prices, and a pizza place should never automatically charge gratuity. My husband and I always tip well, and seeing that they automatically added the tip just infuriated us. I truly think that the waitress thought I was someone else and assumed she was not getting tipped so they added it on to my bill. Either way, we will not be back here.

Shout out to Aurelio's Pizza of Addison! They were so kind to bring my order out to my car so I didn’t have to wake up my sleeping toddler. 2 min out of their day made the world of a difference to my baby. We appreciate you going above and beyond and the food is always AMAZING!

I left for Florida twenty years ago and it finally came back and found the time to come back to aurelios And I have to say it's the same tastes as if I was back in homewood on a Friday night in 1988 Well done I will always enjoy a pie from aurelios I recommend you do the same.

We loved the food here! We had pizza, Caesar salad with chicken, cheese sticks, spaghetti, plain wings. Caesar salad wad crunchy, chicken was perfectly seasoned and grilled. Pizza is one of a kind 😊 super delicious, we chose the thin crust, filled with cheese, sausages, chicken, peppers, olives. We had a blast dining here. Our waistress was a nice senior lady (forgot to ask her name, sorry). Food came quick, that is so important when you have 2 hungry kids 😀
A great classic Chicago Italian Pizza place. First time here while in town visiting. Had a spinach calabrese and tiramisu. Both were excellent. Would definitely come back to try some other things.

We ordered a pan pizza last night for the first time...the thin crust pizza is usaully on point...however the pan pizza was drenched in sauce, overpowering the crust and toppings...all you can taste is sauce. I was disappointed by it. I know pan pizza needs sauce on top so you dont burn anything because of the longer baking time, but this pizza had more sauce than a lasagne

Waited 15 minutes for a small pizza to go, and the order came out wrong. I ate 1 pepperoni off 1 slice and host took it back after I brought it back in and brought it to their attention. Disturbing that they would not offer me the pizza or even an apology for wasting my time, and obviously not appreciating me as a customer. Very disappointing!

The owners and all of the employees are very attentive to your every request. The menu is varied and something is available for everyone. The patio is the best in Addison. We really like Aurelios.
