Ice cream tasted like it had freezer burn. Asked the employee to please swap the milkshake out to a different ice cream or provide a refund and he refused. Was not willing to do anything to resolve an issue with their product. Will not return to this location.

I would rate zero stars if possible. I just returned from the drive through at the Addison Baskin Robbins empty handed. Yes it’s late and shortly before they close but during the time of COVID I would expect that their employees are taking matters seriously. Instead, the gentleman working served an ice cream cone with his face mask only covering his chin. This complete lack of respect for others and their health and well being is completely mind blowing. Who knows what other food and sanitation laws they are not following. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

CHOCOLATE SHAKES BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD This is the seconed time i had a chocolate shake and it was just as bad as the first one, It was like chocolate milk at best. i will never go to that baskin robins/dunkin donuts. thay need lesons from the other one on lake st. in addison.

I let them know i was going to order icecream and that i would be waiting over there in that area but left me waiting for atleast 10minutes . Even after the 1 tending the drive thru told her to go take my order since she was trying to help her fill her orders. Then she STILL didn't come . she took the customers who walked in after being told what to do. While having 3 impatient kids with me there was no way she didn't see us waiting there
