I would rate zero stars if possible. I just returned from the drive through at the Addison Baskin Robbins empty handed. Yes it’s late and shortly before they close but during the time of COVID I would expect that their employees are taking matters seriously. Instead, the gentleman working served an ice cream cone with his face mask only covering his chin. This complete lack of respect for others and their health and well being is completely mind blowing. Who knows what other food and sanitation laws they are not following. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Never have anything in stock and are too lazy to make anything an hour before closing. Asked for some ice at 10pm even though they don’t close till 11 but they said they couldn’t serve me because they couldn’t dirty the spoons.

CHOCOLATE SHAKES BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD This is the seconed time i had a chocolate shake and it was just as bad as the first one, It was like chocolate milk at best. i will never go to that baskin robins/dunkin donuts. thay need lesons from the other one on lake st. in addison.

This place is the worst place for service! I had ordered sandwiches and the one girl that was making sandwiches for the drive thru told the girl who took my order for her to make them! The girl told no that she was making coffee! So I waited there for 10 mins! Only after a tall skinny young man asked me what kind of sandwiches I ordered! I told him forget it! I want my money back! I asked to talk to the manager and she had no idea what was going on there! It seemed she was unaware of the orders going on! So this place is not a place to go!

I've been coming here quite a few times and the last 2 times I've came, Ive notice that it's taken on new management. Since then the service here sucks. They don't know how to make coffee and they are always making mistakes. The lady asked me multiple times what flavor and I repeated caramel over 5 times. When I got my coffee it had no caramel! Don't recommend this place, go to another Dunkin
Great experience!!! Definitely was sold on the value and customer service here. I wanted a banana split so I stop in and order one. Junior said he didn't know how to make one as he's new, and that he would ask the other girl to help. Veronica comes and apologizes because she also is new and doesn't know how to make it. After a short conversation, I told Veronica I didn't care much for presentation and that I'm sure she would do a great job. She took the challenge and started cutting the banana, asked me what flavor ice cream, and asked for toppings. She did great for her first time and I was happy that she felt good about the outcome. I will definitely start coming more often for late night treats. Veronica and junior are a great asset to this location. Keep up the good work guys!

My rating is zero, no stars. If you want a toasted bagel with cold egg, bacon and hard edges American cheese then this is the place for you. I already just jumped on the expressway when I realized how horrible the sandwich was. This is actually the second time it happened. I come here once in awhile for a sandwich and when I do it's just horrible. I'm the idiot for going but I always feel like this time they will do it right.
