Very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful food. After 5 days of eating fried food and pizza on a work trip, some cucumbers, pita, falafel and hummus truly hit the spot. I feel like a million bucks after having felt like a slug

The food was amazing and so was the service. Enjoyed everything we had. Also the espresso martini(s) was pretty good too 😉 Something here for everyone.
Beautiful establishment. Something for everyone!

We’ve eaten here a few times and the 1st couple were great. We went tonight, 1/3/26, and the service was not up to par, the food was not consistent with prior experiences, and the music playing was not fitting for the ambience they try to portray.
I would still give it another shot, but am skeptical that they can keep the quality they once had based on what we experienced tonight.

Food was very good. Service a little slower than expected. Only 1 other family here but waited 10 minutes to order.

Use to order from here all the time. Haven't in awhile and was craving a burger. Super lacking. The burger was so dry, cheese barely there, barely any sauce. I got the hipster burger.

I was eager to try Briki Cafe, but unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing and frustrating. Briki Cafe, this review is going to hurt me more than it hurts you. I feel compelled to share this feedback as an honest attempt to offer constructive criticism.
I visited with my children after an evening practice and we were the only table in the entire restaurant when we placed our simple order from the menu at 7:05 PM. Despite the emptiness of the dining room and the straightforward nature of the items ordered, our wait was excessive.
By 7:46 PM, nearly 40 minutes later, with still no sign of our main entrées, a gyros sandwich and fries from a Greek restaurant, I made the decision that we could not wait any longer and regrettably had to leave. This level of inefficiency, particularly when the restaurant was otherwise deserted, is baffling and unacceptable for any professional establishment. Were they butchering the cow, were they waiting for a delivery of French fries from Iowa, were they finishing a cigarette, did we inconvenience their personal phone call? Who knows?
Service and Quality Concerns
The 2 items that were brought to our table only amplified the overall sense of neglect:
• The Saganaki was oversaturated with oil and quite hard—it was nearly inedible and cold.
• The pita bread provided was noticeably stale, dry, and tough to chew, suggesting it had been opened and unsealed for days.
While the two younger staff members working the floor seemed pleasant, there was a clear absence of focused management or supervision. The operation lacked the consistency and efficiency expected of a professional establishment.
Ultimately, the core of a restaurant is efficient service and good food. The current focus on installing slot machines seems to confirm that the business has prioritized extra revenue streams because the dining experience itself is merely an afterthought. No matter how many lights outside or open signs, you cannot replace that food is the number one generator of a restaurant. My hope is that the ownership will address these fundamental issues of kitchen timing, food prep standards, and managerial presence to provide the quality food and service the community deserves. I’m still upset about this experience.

This was a placed we loved to go, but definitely won’t be going back after today. Service was terrible and the food wasn’t great. We waited at least a half hour or more for our food. Something has definitely changed here. Missing the original staff that used to be there.

Briki Social is the kind of place you stumble upon once and find yourself returning to again and again. This might be my new brunch spot on the weekends.
The Food:
Breakfast at Briki Social felt like it was crafted with thought and intention. The menu balances comfort and creativity perfectly. The ingredients are clearly top-notch, and you can taste the difference vs their competitors. Eggs were cooked with perfection, and you can tell how much pride ownership has in their quality.
Portion Sizes:
If you’ve ever left a trendy spot still hungry, rest assured, Briki Social is not one of those places. Portions here are generous, and a great spot to taste multiple items if your sharing around the table.
The Service:
There’s a real sense of hospitality here. The kind that makes you feel like a welcome guest rather than just another table. Natalia was super attentive, kept my coffee full, and didnt disappoint in her recommendations.
Will be back- often!
