Chipotle Mexican Grill

One of the worst Chipotle’s around. Very overpriced for what you get. Shrinkflation has officially hit this location.

I am absolutely PISSED OFF!!!!!! I order a burrito and get this?????? It’s as thin as a damn quesadilla and I paid $25 for this order. I am livid and going in to speak with a manager. I am SO sick of ordering chipotle for it to come ridiculously small or thin like this. I will never be ordering from you guys again and better get a full refund. This is ridiculous.

It’s clean inside compared to other locations but by the far the worst location when it comes to portions I barely get any food in my bowl. Ridiculous..

At 8:46pm on a Saturday we arrived and the employees answer when I asked if they were closed was “we ran out sorry” and shrugged her shoulders. They close at 10pm ..bad business if you ask me .

They closed earlier than regular hours.

For the last couple times, i've been here to order some food, the service has been really poorly and disappointing (im a regular costumer, i go about two times a week) my bowls come almost empty! I'm paying about $17 for my bowl to come empty???

As of today 1/5/25 as I was ordering, two bowls (which both of them were very poor on food) and a burrito, my burrito was wrapped poorly, VERY, and they knew it, just didn't cared about it, so I ordered an extra tortilla, to what the cashier got upset about.

My order was completely wrong. I had placed an order for pick up and once I opened my bowl I was highly disappointed. Don’t think I’ll be back to this location. They don’t care about the food or the orders. I was missing white rice, and guacamole in my order. In addition, they for some reason added a pile of lettuce into my order in which I did NOT ask for at all in the bowl to begin with. Big let down.

I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle location. I drove all the way there, arriving at 9:50 PM, well before their stated closing time of 10 PM. However, the employees and manager rudely shut the door in my face and refused to serve me. Their attitude was extremely unprofessional. If they aren’t going to honor their posted hours, they should update them or better train their staff to handle customers appropriately. Very disappointed!

Not happy with the portions of meat in the a tacos. They looked really sad and if it were for the rice and beans they added, would not have been enough food. I had asked for the steak too for which they charge a premium. Their food is not even that great

I eat at this location a lot. The quality of food is good, but the ignorance from the staff is horrible. They all look miserable. They can’t even smile and say you’re welcome or thank you at all. It’s a joke. Today will be the last time I eat there. If you can’t go to work and just have common courtesy then quit.

I’ve given this Chipotle multiple chances, but it never improves. They’re always bad at their customer service, and the staff is slow and unfriendly. The portions are inconsistent, and the place often feels messy. It’s clear they don’t prioritize customer satisfaction. Very disappointing and not perfect food.
