I was very excited to try out Corky's and the chicken sandwich combo. The cole slaw was very good but the sandwich was another story. I took the first bite and the chicken was undercooked and seemed somewhat slimy. I took the chicken out of the bun and broke it in half and it was undercooked and very gross looking. I don't see anywhere to send an email or leave a review on their site. I hope they can make this right, disappointed.

I've passed by this place many times and didn't know they offered lunch to go. I saw their new signs outside today and stopped in. Corky's chicken is crunchy, tender, and juicy. The chicken sandwich tastes fresh and delicious. They're open during lunchtime and it's to-go only at this time. If you haven't tried this place yet, stop in!
