It was one of my first fast food restaurant in the states and it was better than what I expected.
All staff were kind, friendly and showing me hospitality and they made me feel so happy. I dont like fast food shops because they focus on efficiency and speed and Culver’s definitely exceeded the stereotypes and made me feel like I wanna go there again 😍
I had chicken tenders and they served me extra chicken tender on my plate!! How sweet🥹
The restaurant was hygienic and I didn’t see any rubbish on the floor. All customers were well behave and feel safe to be there

Stopped in today to get a small meal. I don't mind waiting, and I waited a bit while they served drive through customers. The UNACCEPTABLE thing to me was hearing them talk poorly about customers in the drive through when I was standing right there... I get having difficult customers, but they are what keep your business going, so you should always respect them.
