Came in early afternoon on 12/16 and was greeted by Caitlyn, who welcomed me with a big smile and let me know she was happy to help if I needed anything. I was looking to get a birthday cake for my daughter, but the size available on display was a bit too large. When I asked if there were any smaller options, she explained that she had just made one and it would be ready in about 10 minutes if I didn’t mind waiting.
She even let it freeze a little longer since it was freshly made, added the candy toppings, and kindly offered to write a small birthday message on it. The entire experience was friendly, fast, and extremely courteous.
Highly recommend this location, and I would absolutely return—especially if Caitlyn is working. Her exceptional service truly went above and beyond.

The Addison DQ is absolutely great & well above average. Good full flavor, generous toppings, clean and a constant good, friendly employees. Been going here for years in addition to Bensenville, Wooddale,Fox Lake & various other locations. I actually did a review of several DQ's & Addison is tops. I left off Elmhurst, but you can review it yourself

I was out of town, I went to a different DQ, what a disappointment!!! BUT Addison is phenomenal, they always get it right! I will always get my birthday cakes here!! The selection is amazing! Highly recommend, my whole family looks forward to their birthday cakes! This is a long overdue Thank You!!! But also a continued Thank You!!!

I’ve been coming to this location for so many years now and I’ve never once had an issue. Each time is always quick and easy. The workers are really nice, hard working, and they always get my orders correct. Best part is they have a drive-thru! :)

I really like how this location is open all year and has a drive thru. Only problem I have is the fact that their prices have gone up a lot over the years. I have no doubt they will continue to rise too.

This is the best Dairy Queen in the world. Beside the awesome service, friendly faces, and cleanliness of the place, their ice cream creations are made to perfection.Other than the ice cream, my husband and I enjoy their chili dogs. We have been to other DQ's on vacation, and No Where can you find a chili dog made like theirs.Fine job Dan, Mary and crew. You're top-notch.
