Only food worth getting is the masala dosa. Place was empty besides my group and 2 other people, yet food took almost half an hour. Atmosphere seems last minute put together: plastic cups, paper table covers, 3 napkins on a table. There were random items sitting at tables, and only one waitress. Service was kinda poor, although the people were kind. Food was extremely oily and not worth it, although the prices were fair. 18% tax for a party of 5+ is the crazy considering the service we got. Boba was mid; the popping pearls were good, but the brown sugar bubble tea was horrid. The tapioca was small and hard inside, while the flavoring was less than average. Overall, would go again for the masala dosa, but only that.

I went there and waited for almost an hour. After many phone calls someone finally answered the phone. I was told they are 45 mins away. That would have been about 2 hours later than the listed opening time. Very disappointed.

Was a bit empty but it is a new place. Got the butter chicken with paratha, was amazing but very spicy. Still enjoyable 😉

Ordered a masala dosa and cheese masala dosa. Both dosas were generous size, perfectly made with ample filling, and delicious. accompanying sambar and coconut chutney was also good. The restaurant was spacious and very clean and the service was friendly and attentive. If it wasn’t so expensive, we’d come back often!

Dosa Point is hands-down one of the best places for South Indian food in the area. The dosas are always crispy, flavorful, and fresh—especially the masala and potato dosas, which were a hit with the family. The sambar and chutneys tasted homemade.

Big shoutout to Ahmed, who made the experience even better. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our meal. His recommendations were spot on, and his service made us feel right at home.

Delicious food, great prices, and exceptional service—what more could you ask for? We’ll definitely be back!

We ordered different types of dosas; they were good, but the puri cholay had no taste and could be better. The service was fair, and the front desk girl is nice. The place is big and suitable for big gatherings.

I recently visited Dosa Point in Addison, and it was a fantastic experience! The ambiance is clean, casual, and welcoming—perfect for enjoying authentic South Indian cuisine.

I ordered the masala dosa, and it was absolutely delicious. The dosa was perfectly crisp with just the right amount of golden brown texture, and the potato filling was flavorful, comforting, and well-seasoned. The accompanying sambar and chutneys were fresh and paired beautifully with the dosa.

The service was quick and friendly, and the food tasted homemade in the best way. If you’re craving authentic dosas or want to try South Indian food for the first time, Dosa Point is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Atmosphere and service 👌 to the point but food was not that great. Sambar taste was lacking that South Indian touch and mendu vada was very oily. We also ordered Mysore dosa which was good compare to mendu vada and idli. And a bit overpriced for small piece of masala pav sandwich..it was the smallest serving for the price. Overall okay for dosa but can be better if sambhar was good.
