Worst dunkin in this country. Look at their reviews. 2.7 stars! Wow! This place is a complete dump. They are legitimately tarnishing the dunkin brand. Not only did they mess up my order yesterday, they refused to fix it when I called. Told me to come back today and straight up said they can't help me. I called corporate and they will get back to me. I honestly don't understand how this place is still open. Read every one else's experience here and decide for yourself.

employee cursing and talking about how they hate making food items because they take forever while they could be heard through the drive through. employee’s name was Lainey with dark brown hair. I found it unfair because I treated employees with respect and it’s not something you want to hear before eating your food that it inconvenienced someone’s day.

What once was the place to go for freshly made donuts has become a convenient drive thru spot for a quick cup of coffee and previously frozen donuts and microwave sandwiches. Not great, not awful, just overpriced convenience.

Do not go to this location unless ur placing an order online and have time to check ur bag. They make my food wrong almost every time. Today they made the wrong bacon and the wrong sandwich, I came back to have them fix it and they still gave me the wrong bacon. They don’t care to actually do their job and it’s a waste of your time and money to go to a store where they’re too busy being on their phones and not paying attention.
Coffee is always nasty and watery at this location. They don't know how to make coffee. They always forget to put cold foam on my cold brew.

If I could I wouldn’t put any starts I ordered a large coffee and some croissant thing, when i pulled up to the window the girl didn’t even acknowledged me and kept talking to someone in the back and she also kept messing with my coffee when i got my coffee literally its not even all the way full. i say its BS and i didn’t even drink any of it, this is one of the worst places i’ve ever been to and will DEFINITELY not be coming back. i’m so disappointed

I am tired of these young lazy girls who act oblivious when being asked to make hot chocolate with MILK. If the manager isn't there to make my hot chocolate it comes out wrong every time. The other day I literally watched the manager show them how to make it saying it's the same concept as a frapaccino yet with milk because they made my order with water telling me it's premade which was a lie. This morning clearly the manager wasn't there. I ask for my exact same order & their confused...milk or cream they ask when I clearly say milk. Then when I tell them how the manager just showed them the other day, they retort, OH MY GOD!. I leave in disbelief this is fast food. I work in healthcare if you're upset because you don't know how to make a simple hot chocolate with MILK in the morning you don't need to be working at Dunkin. I will just ask for the manager every time now, Normally I would stop coming but more training is clearly needed. This is ridiculous. Not everyone drinks coffee, learn the concept it's not hard!

This is the most disgusting sandwich I’ve ever gotten. It tastes like they just cleaned whatever they use to cook the sausage and didn’t wipe it off or something. Tastes completely like chemicals. 0/10 I will not buy food from here agin
