HORRIBLE service. The guy couldn't tell which 2 coffees was which, as their label machine was broken. Told him he should have marked with a pen otherwise (other dunkin places have done). He also only gave one bag of our stuff, and didn't give us a donut.. and when he gave a donut, he was oh wasn't sure that was yours. I mean you charged us for it, ofc it was ours!! This dunkin either should shut down or hire better employees.

Found a hair in my drink as I was drinking my coffee i felt a strange feeling just to realize there was a hair in my mouth and it couldn't be mine since I have short brown hair and when I took the hair out my mouth it was a long black hair. Love their coffee but not this location, do better

I am so very disappointed.I come here every day like clockworks.I give my grandson a glazed donut, and my granddaughter, a strawberry donut with sprinkles, and I also get me a medium coffee with hazelnut extra cream and extra hazelnut.My coffee tastes like water.I am so disappointed because i've gone.I've been going here every day.My grandkids live out in addison, so I always go there to give pickup donors for them.I am so very disappointed.These women have such bad attitudes.They look like they're mad, and they don't want to work.It is ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous

Worst dunkin in this country. Look at their reviews. 2.7 stars! Wow! This place is a complete dump. They are legitimately tarnishing the dunkin brand. Not only did they mess up my order yesterday, they refused to fix it when I called. Told me to come back today and straight up said they can't help me. I called corporate and they will get back to me. I honestly don't understand how this place is still open. Read every one else's experience here and decide for yourself.

employee cursing and talking about how they hate making food items because they take forever while they could be heard through the drive through. employee’s name was Lainey with dark brown hair. I found it unfair because I treated employees with respect and it’s not something you want to hear before eating your food that it inconvenienced someone’s day.
Not fresh coffee, bagel not toasted both were cold. Staff trying short cuts, they dont care.

What once was the place to go for freshly made donuts has become a convenient drive thru spot for a quick cup of coffee and previously frozen donuts and microwave sandwiches. Not great, not awful, just overpriced convenience.
