I've ordered at this Dukin quite a bit, but honestly the drinks are bad half the time. I'm lactose intolerant and always ask for Oatmilk in my drinks, and they add oatmilk + regular milk.
This is like the 4th time this has happened to me at this exact location, so make sure to tell them you want ONLY the dairy substitute & no milk.

10 minutes to grab an online order because the lobby is closed yet again with a drive thru line all the way into lake street. Ridiculous. This is happening more and more here. Disappointing. Either no staff or the manager doesn't know how to make a schedule to ensure enough staff is available for the busiest times of day... the morning. Better off going to starbucks. At least they are quicker it seems

I go there pretty much every morning and always friendly service especially the female manager keep up the good work!!!
Twice in one week I ordered iced matcha lattes, which is pretty much just a big cup of milk. The milk was extremely sour, like they just leave it sitting out on the counter for hours. I decided to give them a chance to correct it, I ordered a drink today (12/16/23 at about 12:50 pm) and told them about this issue. The man at the register said "yeah?" with a smirk on his face, took my money, and said nothing else. I will never go back here. They used to have a good manager, but he left because he said this location was terrible. I see that now.
6pm on a Sunday around christmas... you would hope they would be filled with donuts and hot chocolate. But low on the good donuts. What we did get was good.
