I recently ordered two Caramel Macchiatos and a cold Mocha, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The Macchiatos were unusually poor in taste—so much so that I had to throw them away. By the time I realized how bad they were, I was already driving in the snow and returning to the store wasn’t practical.
Additionally, before paying for my order, I asked the staff member if I could have a cup of water since the weather was bad and I wanted to avoid another stop. Despite placing an order totaling $16, I was told that a cup of water would cost $1. When I declined, clearly frustrated, the employee then offered to charge $0.25 instead. This only made the situation worse, as it felt both dismissive and unprofessional.
I understand that supplies have costs, but offering a simple cup of water to a paying customer—especially one spending over $16—should not be treated as an inconvenience or an upcharge. This interaction, combined with the poor quality of the drinks, demonstrates a disappointing lack of customer care.
Based on this experience, I will not be returning, and I hope management reevaluates both product quality and customer service standards.

I got the party coffee jug with other stuff I asked if u can put extra creamer and sugar for my big order they were like oh we have to charge u extra I never had that happen to me in other locations. First and last time going to this location.

A couple of years ago, this Dunkin' Donuts was the go to spot everything was clean, fresh, and reliable. However, I stopped visiting for a while after noticing a decline in service and quality. Recently, I decided to give it another try and went through the drive-thru. I ordered two large hot caramel lattes, two orders of hash browns, and two croissant sandwiches. The employee on the speaker was hard to understand, but I managed to place my order. I was then asked to park by the front door. After a short wait, the sandwiches were brought out, followed by the coffees. I didn’t mind the wait, hoping everything would be fresh. Unfortunately, the hash browns and sandwiches were cold, likely pre-made in anticipation of a rush that never came, as the location wasn’t busy. The coffees, thankfully, were good. However, this disappointing experience means I won’t be returning. I hope the owners address these issues, as this location has great potential. Perhaps it was just the weekend crew, as this happened on a Saturday, but regardless, it felt like a waste of money.
Went over the top! They didn’t have the trolli slushy so they made us this amazing pink slushy instead it tasted so good almost like a sherbert smoothie, I stole it from my husband I can’t wait to go back! I hope they make us more of those!

Omg the service in May 17 was the worst, you feel like you’re asking them for free food to the cashiers, I ordered a donut mini bagel an ice coffee, they give the donut 10 min later and still like mad. Not body there were polite in this place
