We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for a pint and lunch. It was our first visit to Dunkley’s. Overall we are very satisfied with the food and felt very welcomed by bartender Suhei.I had the Spicy Crispy Chicken sandwich and it was delicious. My dining partner had the Pulled Pork Sandwich and loved it. Both sandwiches came with a mound of fries.I particularly appreciate Suhei’s ability to pour a “proper” pint of Guiness (20oz). She was patient and poured it the way Guiness is meant to be poured; with patience. Too many taverns that have draft Guiness do an awful job dispensing a pint. Suhei knows her stuff! For 3 pints and two sandwiches, the bill was just shy of $55. I think that’s good value for what we had.We will definitely be back!

What a surprising experience! Met friends at a central location which happens to be Dunkley’s,and was blown away by the quality of food. And a very cute atmosphere with a fireplace! Not your typical tavern in a strip mall!

A new favorite! THE FOOD IS AMAZING!!! The atmosphere is very chill and the service is good. the blonde bartender is the best (No names) The only reason I did not give Service and Atmosphere 5 stars is because there were a couple of instances where we walked in and were not greeted by anyone. The bar had not been cleaned from previous customers (empty drinks, dirty glasses, and food crumbs) and there was no clean spot to sit. We stood there for almost 5 minutes, watching the bartender talk to some guy at the corner end of the bar. She never even looked up for us to get her attention. Other than those couple of times, it’s been great! We also love to play the machines when we go there ?

Very good pub in Addison on Lake Street. First time there. After work, food and drinks. Can't go wrong with any of the burgers. Will be back to try other items.

What a nightmare this place is. The owner Mary is a disrespectful jerk, with no customer service skills whatsoever. We made reservations a MONTH BEFORE, in PERSON, to make sure that we could get a table to see Rick Saucedo's Christmas show for my birthday. We went and asked for a specific table for my birthday and made reservations for 7 30. We called the day of the show, to confirm our reservations. At that point they said that they couldn't give us the table we reserved, we explained that we had reserved it a month ago. There was confusion on their end. Finally they said that they had a lot of reservations and would "fit us in", and treated us as if we were the last guests to try to get in, rather than people who made reservations before anyone else, a month ahead of time. Gee, thanks a lot for "fitting us in" when we had made reservations before anyone else last month. When we got there at 7 20, we were told that the table that we were to be "fit in at" still had 3 people eating dinner at it. I asked why they were sitting at the table that we were to be put at, and she said it was because they were their regular customers, as if our reservations made no difference if a "regular customer" walks in last minute to get something to eat. No respect for us or our month long reservations at all. No respect for the fact that this was planned out for my birthday. The owner doesn't seem to grasp the concept of what a reservation means. We were told the people would be leaving soon. But they were still eating at this point, as we could see them a few feet in front of us, just causally eating at our table! We waited until around 7:40, 20 minutes, like fools, for our table. By this time Rick Saucedo had already started his show and was out singing, and we still didn't have our table yet! We asked the manager to come into the entrance to talk because it was too loud to speak in the room. She refused and said she was too busy !! I again told her that we made reservations a month before and that it was my birthday. She could have cared less. Then she proceeded to take her phone out and take a video of Rick Saucedo and the room! How rude !! She wouldn't take the time to talk to us, but she could take a video instead ! Is she drunk or what ?? It was bizarre ! At 7:45 I went up to the people at the table that we were supposed to be sitting at, which was a few feet from where we were standing like fools waiting, and asked them if they knew that we had reservations, not knowing if this rude owner had even mentioned it to them. The man said yes and that they were leaving soon. At this point the manager came up to me, and waved me away from her customer in a condescending way. She again told me that they would be leaving soon. It was a two hour dinner show, and it was already 15 minutes into the show, and we were still waiting for the table we reserved a month ago! I've never arrived to a dinner reservation for a show to have people sitting at our table halfway done with their meal. That table should have been clean with a reservation sign on it when we arrived, like every other normal restaurant I've even been to. I've never been treated so badly and bizarrely at a restaurant and with such an unprofessional attitude. We were so disgusted and decided we wouldn't be treated like that and we decided to leave at that point. They ruined my birthday that was planned for a month ahead of time. The owner acted like a narcissistic, caring nothing about others. This was my first time at Dunkley's and my last. The owner also told us earlier on the phone that Rick Saucedo would be playing later that evening at 8 instead of 7:30. She gave us incorrect information, as he started around 7:30. Some people simply have no respect for others. What a disaster she caused for my birthday. What an awful dump.

Nice place and friendly service. Food portions are large and quality is delicious. I need more characters to post this so I will just keep typing until I hit Yelp's stupid quota.

Nothing to complain about. Food was very good. Beer was cold. We sat at the bar and our server was friendly. The ambiance was warm and inviting. I really appreciate the cleanliness. If the bar and bathrooms are clean, I know the kitchen is clean. We will go back.
