TERRIBLE night for El Burrito!!!! I ordered tacos and a burrito and they gave me a chimichanga and a burrito with a HAIR in it instead. Disgusting. When we went back to get the new order, they were originally not willing to reimburse for the burrito with the hair in it. Also, when they gave us our new order, the tacos were not even correct. Horrible experience all together.

This place is not good. I ordered a torta de milanesa de pollo and the chicken was pink!!! I ordered another plate as well and the chicken was tough and not chewable at all. When I went to pay I was charged with a large drink when I had ordered and received a medium. When I brought it up the the waitress she told me that there is only one size. But she clearly lied because next to the registers there were two size options with one clearly being the large and the other the medium. I’m never coming back here again. Service terrible.

The food was good overall, but there were a couple of issues with our order. We asked for a steak torta and an asada burrito, but both ended up being made with ground beef instead. Not sure if they ran out of the meats we requested, but no one mentioned it to us. Unfortunately, our server didn’t check in until after we had finished eating, so we didn’t get a chance to have it corrected. The flavors were solid, but the service and attention to detail could use some improvement.

Unfortunately last night, I've had a dinner at this location. The charges were outrageous. For only a taco dinner and one steak sandwich, I was charged $ 43.00 it seems to be extremely expensive. But they know how to scam their customers. First of all they've charge you without giving you the check. After asking for it, and comparing versus the menu the prices were totally different. I've asked the employee onduty and she said. The owner gave her instructions to over charge the customers. On top of that the actual check was totally different and another overcharges due to a credit card payment of $3.00 additional . Extremely disappointed. Please review your check or request it before you head to the cashier and get scammed.

Their food is always sooo good! This is one of my favorite authentic Mexican food places to go to. All of their menu items taste amazing, especially their tacos. Place is a bit small but worth it for the food.

Been loving this place since day one but recently got like always my steak tacos and they were terrible. It was not the same carne asada as usual. Hopefully it was a 1 time thing.
I asked for a beef burrito and I got more lettuce and cheese than anything. I expected to have hot sauce for the nachos it was more like ketchup with some onions and silantro.
