The staff here were amazing! Very friendly and updated me on the progress of my meal and ensured everything was well throughout the process. I also noticed how they interacted with others. They are very welcoming and it seems as if everyone is a close friend. The pizza was amazing! In have not had a pizza of this style and it was just delightful! Definitely in need of trying if you have not had one before!

Imagine if "Average" and "Basic" had a baby. Then that child had a baby with "Okay" and "Fine's" offspring. Then that kid goes on to be that random guy in high school that you knew but immediately forgot about after graduating.

So we went to visit Giordano's tonight. The people were super friendly and extremely attentive. The appetizers we got were obviously popped out of a pre-made container and heated up. The pizza itself after waiting 50 minutes wasn't hot. All in all thank you very much for being so friendly but not great.

This is a new one for me.... I hate being this type of person, but I walked in with my mother for dinner and we were completely ignored for the 10 minutes we were standing there. They didn't even acknowledge us. The restaurant was only half full (if that) and I made eye-contact with the bartender multiple times. He even went back to a table 3 times to serve them before even trying to seat us. It was so awkward to be standing by the "Wait to be seated" sign not sure if they saw us or not. I went over to ask and all I got was a finger held up and "I'll be with you soon." I smiled and said thank you. He then went to serve his other table again!! I completely understand staffing issues and we're more than happy to wait, it just would have been nice to be sat at one of the many open tables with menus while he went on serving the others. I get it that things take time, but he could have at least plopped us at a table and went on serving his table...It was just so awkward to be left at the front of the location. We ended up leaving. Do with all of this what you will. It was just an odd experience overall...

We waited at the door for ten minutes by a wait to be seated sign. Made eye contact with two employees. Nobody ever came and we gave up and left. Awkward and embarrassing experience. Save your time and dignity and find another location that welcomes your business.
Nice pizza. We had the meat lovers and cheese, so it was a lit of tasty pizza for 3 people.

I'm Hispanic mother who went with my daughter to this place and sat there. No body came by to offer us water but made sure the couple across from who were white are good with there services. Still nobody came by and got my order or offer me water. Never got our order. So mad and it was not busy at 4pm just that couple and me and my daughter

there was a huge miscommunication on their part I said I’d pick. Up at a certain time they didn’t listen had them sitting for over an hour. When I showed up they gave them to a driver to sell said they’d be right back told me they were still hot (lie) said they wouldn’t bill me for the whole order gave me 9 dollars off cold pizza I should have just walked away told my coworkers they’re sol I understand being busy but to bill me 66 dollars for cold pizza very disappointing they were not busy when I showed up so no excuse there they did call 15 minutes before I got there I was driving and didn’t get the call either way it was bad
