I have had Mandarin, Hunan, Szechuan and Cantonese.......this wasn't any of those. Two or three times a year, I order a bunch of "Chinese" food for the family. They like Happy family, General Tso's Chicken, Chicken and Beef fried rice and of course, almond cookies. This time, on July 28th 2024 Good Luck Chop Suey not only sent me the worst "Chinese" food we've ever had but THE WORST MEAL WE'VE EVER HAD. The General Tso's Chicken was dried out, over cooked, NASTY chicken that was obviously cooked the day before and left to become dried out chunks of crap. . The Happy Family was decidedly UNHAPPY. They changed the beef from the tender edible kind to slabs of chewy gristle. Even the almond cookies were bad. They changed them too. The after taste is like gasoline. The fried rice ALL THREE TYPES, was tasteless, containing processed chicken. LITERALLY TASTELESS. The only good part about the meal was the delivery guy. He was happy. We are not. Next time I order "Chinese" it won't be from this place. The truth is in the name. If you order from them.....................GOOD LUCK!!!!!

We have been ordering food from this restaurant for our employees every week, and today, when we opened one of entrees' cover, there was a crushed cockroach as the photo. This is not acceptable and tells me how they maintain their kitchen. We will no longer order food from this restaurant.

First time there every. N heard they have new owners. Ordered beef fried rice.. and lady at counter gave me a free egg roll to try.. beef fried rice was very good. N the egg roll was tasty too.... I will try other items..for sure.

I had lunch with my daughter here and we absolutely loved the orange chicken! Best in the area so far! ?
Unfortunately it’s under new management. Wonton lacks a lot of the saltiness and flavor. Shrimp fried rice the shrimp wasn’t deveined. Over all. After 15+ years of going to this location. I will not be returning.

WARNING!!!!!! I ORDERED LUNCH AT WORK AND WAS IN THE MOOD FOR SOME CHINESE FOOD. RECEIVED THE FOOD WITH A BUG (COCKROACH) IN MY MONGOLIAN BEEF AND SHRIMP FRIED RICE. I HAVE MADE A REPORT TO DUPAGE HEALTH DEPT. I AM JUST ADVISING TO BE CAREFUL WHEN EATING FROM THIS PLACE. MY CO-WORKERS AND I, WILL NOT BE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF THIS. HOWEVER, AFTER COMPLAINING TO THE RESTURANT THEY DID REFUND MONIES BUT YET THIS IS DISGRACFUL, DISTATSFUL, AND JUST DISCUSTING!!!!! TAKE A LOOK FOR YOUR SELF!!!!
