An incredible meal! Never expected a tenderloin to match Gibsons and blackened salmon plus fresh crab cake appetizer that Shaws could only dream about! Excellent service from Johanna who is personable, professional and-knows the menu well! You can't go wrong with her recommendations though not sure you could go wrong with anything here! Thanks for a great dining experience. Far better than most well known names with double the price.

Our first visit was one to remember. The staff is very attentive to the customers and the manager is considerate to how long the food takes to come out. It was delicious and the portions were filling and then some. Great atmosphere, classy and family friendly .

Our waiter was not on his game. Forgot to take our order. Did not disclose at the start of our meal the items that were sold out. He was not very confident of his answers when we asked questions about the menu. The salmon seemed on the edge of undercooked. It was not firm but rather mushy. Your menu was sold out of the Prime Rib and chocolate mousse dessert. The Arancini balls had a horrible after taste.... Could not eat those and the salad was extremely small for the price paid. We came on Valentine's Day very excited from the reviews I had read in an email I received from DuPage Golf. Needless the say the evening was a bust with service, menu and prices. We will not be back to eat as the experience is not worth it but we will come and golf on the DuPage golf courses.

I've had appetizers and a beverages after golf here in the last couple years. The quality was top-notch. So i was glad that i could get my wife here for a quiet dinner out. Greenway Tap is a hidden gem. A short menu at a golf course is usually nothing unusual -- easy does it. But, ... the type of offerings were intriguing and unique for a golf course. Greenway Tap is open for the dinner hours four days a week. The menu has only 5 entrees, a half dozen appetizers, and 3 entree size salads. (Though there has been a vegetable lasagna added , and 4 dessert choices) My experience has been that a small menu hints that the chef gives great care to every dish. Wow! Greenway's chef is a real talent. My wife had the salmon. I had the beef tenderloin. We shared the kung pan Brussels sprouts (Pow!) The plating was attractive and accompanied by appropriate sides. Moreover, every bite was great. The bar featured 12 local microbrews, interesting wines by the glass, and 5 specialty cocktails . Greenway Tap is the newly constructed restaurant and bar for the DuPage Forest Preserve at Oak Meadows. The deign is modern. The friendly staff, low lighting, central fireplace, and expansive western windows (which give a great view of the recently re-constructed golf course -- no more flooding!) complete a warm welcoming ambiance. Every part of our dining experience was wonderful and tasty. This place should be packed every night. For now, we can't wait to return to this hidden gem.

We love this restaurant because of the variety of local brews. However, yesterday's selection was disappointing. It appears that the beer selection has not switched to fall beers. I pondered getting a cocktail but a little over priced. I would like to know where the wines are from on your list without having to google them. Food and service was good, as always.
Highly recommended! My teen children and I enjoyed a delightful birthday celebration at Greenway Tap. We had the Greenway Tap Burger, French Dip, and Grilled Skirt steak. The food was amazing! We had to share because everyone wanted what the other person ordered. We also enjoyed cheese curds and the orecchiette (to DIE for) as appetizers. I enjoyed the local DuPage beers on tap and the kids think the fries are the best they've ever had. The service at Greenway Tap is as consistently excellent as the food! The staff and the vibe are always welcoming and we were treated to a stunning sunset view. This wasn't our first visit and won't be our last! If you haven't had a Greenway Tap experience yet, don't hesitate and make a reservation!

This is such a great place! The views are outstanding! Crafted cocktails are a real treat. Although the menu is somewhat limited, the food is consistently amazing. Service is friendly and efficient. It's a go to place for date night, friends gathering, special occasion, or just a casual evening.
We have tried this lovely place a few times. The patio & setting is lovely. Servers are attentive. Downhill from there. Great possibilities but falls short. There's cheese or heavy sauces on so much. Requests to remove or replace or pt on side would be answered by waitress returning to table that “Chef said he can't do it, or” (other suggestion/replacement we could not eat). No one needs a rigid chef. My meal, I'm eating it - not them. The rigidity would suggest items are partially premade. If not that, perhaps the chef's ego needs adjustment. Either way, we cannot return. People with dietary restrictions are plentiful & our requests were pretty basic. We will go elsewhere where a slight adjustment is not a big deal and does not send the poor server back and forth between kitchen & guests numerous times. Just ridiculous!

WOW! What a find! Found this great restaurant after a hike nearby. This restaurant is on a golf coarse and has beautiful view from every seat. Our server, Patricia, was so friendly and attentive, as was everyone we interacted with. The menu was fun and inventive; presentation was really pretty! Try the skirt steak Asian salad for a cool twist on an old favorite. Highly recommend!

This place is a Hidden Secret...We sat outside & watched the golfers (We thought it would be too chilly, but the building blocked the wind) Everything is made from scratch...highly recommend to get their homemade soups, broccoli salad, Burger & especially the Asian Beef Noodle Salad....Yummy! Last time I had their Salmon entree & chicken meatballs, also ? delicious & good size Portions! And ask for Irene for your server, shes Awesome!
