Amazing! That’s the best word to describe my experience with this bakery! Mike helped us on our planning with our wedding cake and when we came for a tasting the staff were so sweet. They even gave our daughter a cookie! Fast forward to a month before the wedding we placed our order with Mike and set up the delivery. We did not see the cake until the day off! It was so beautiful and delicious! We got sooo many compliments on the cake! Mike and your team are amazing we highly recommend this place to anyone! We will definitely be back!!!

For my son’s birthday, I decided to just get him a Bundt cake. At the very last minute, the day of his birthday party, I changed my mind and wanted a better option! I called the Italian bakery hoping they’d have something plain available and if they could just write Happy Birthday on it! Instead, she took a complete custom order for me and the cake was ready 3 hours later! I thought that was going above and beyond on a busy Saturday! I’m so thankful and everyone loved the cake especially the birthday boy!

My family has enjoyed Italian Bakery's pastries and cannolis for decades. But I've noticed since the new owner and staff took over, the customer service has declined. Not as friendly or helpful yet I see the attitudes from a few of the Italian women working behind the counter. No class. Maybe they should work in the back? And whoever answers the phone for orders is rude and rushed. Your customers should be treated better.

I'm staying close by for work and stopped here for a taste. Was welcomed in by the owner g.g.they are very friendly and very clean shop. I tried a couple different things and it was awesome..I get treats from different places working on the road. But this shop will leave you wanting to come back.. highly recommend making this your next must try...bring cash their debit machine was down..
