I waited 40 minutes in a long line. There were five employees and they were making orders for who knows who (probably online orders) but not taking ANY customers that were in the line. They weren’t even acknowledging us. Ridiculous.

Bad service, they do not accept debit cards, only cash. Last time there was a cockroach on one of the tables. I notified an employee and he told me that they had just been fumigating.

HORRIBLE customer service! We walked in and all the girls looked annoyed and bothered. No one acknowledged us until I waved my hand. It was only my husband and I ONLY in there. They refused to make our food because it was almost time for them to close. It’s was a milkshake, it doesn’t take much to make one. Pure LAZINESS in there! Manager said that no one greeted us because they take turns with customers? Not sure what that even means!

I did an Uber eats order, it was 3 items, Uber driver drops of the food and let's me know he checked with them 5x to confirm the order was complete, they said yes. Obviously I only received 2 items out of 3, he said they were busy and made it clear the order was complete. Let's just say the staff can't count and I'm sure they don't care about customer satisfaction.

It is the second time that we have consumed, and my son needed to go to the bathroom in an emergency, and the bathrooms remain closed, it is not fair that we are consuming there, and having to go to the bathroom to cilantro or new china, it is not fair for us as clients or for the businesses next door that do not have to receive clients from Michoacan, that is unacceptable.
Get the mangonada! It is delicious.
