The facilities are very nice and clean. Some of the staff are kind and answer any questions you may have. I love all the promotions they offer and would recommend Lacey's to anyone looking to have a fun time!

Horrible environment. A new Manager is needed. Diana Suarez is problematic. Manager Diana Suarez need to be terminated and not work for any gaming place again. Diana is constantly telling customers you cannot sign into Kiosks unless you play. She flies off the handle with her co-workers - very unprofessional. I do not have problems with anyone but Diana. I only saw Diana 2 or 3 times. She is already putting players on the Ban list including me. I was not warned along with other players. We complied but Diana make false claims. One time she was flirting with old men. She does not serve drinks or food including greeting customers - very poor customer service. She does not question minors. I saw her blacked out with black marker no purchase necessary for kiosk and put players need to play. This is illegal and called for termination and banned from all gaming places. If Diana is not terminated, Lacey’s should be closed.
