Lake St Cafe is such a hidden gem! The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, and you can really tell they care about quality. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming perfect for a relaxed breakfast or lunch. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always makes you feel right at home. Everything from the service to the presentation is on point. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area you won’t be disappointed!

Went for Lunch on a weekday afternoon. Ordered coffee and the salmon crepe. Serving was generous and priced very reasonably. Coffee was fresh and hot! Our server was very attentive and polite.

We decided to try the stuffed French toast, the beef skillet, and the house burger, and every single dish exceeded our expectations. The French toast was indulgent and full of flavor with just the right touch of sweetness. The beef skillet was warm, filling, and packed with savory goodness. The house burger was cooked perfectly and tasted fresh and delicious. Overall, it was an incredible meal that we truly enjoyed from start to finish.

I came here go eat with some friends, I didn’t tip via credit card I left cash ($15) on the table, but I was still seated so she didn’t see it. I then overheard my waiter say they left “0$”. And that someone else left “$2” in her words she said “they could have kept it” so I then put my money back in my wallet very unprofessional then as I was walking out was asked why I didn’t tip and waited was rude was the beginning. Used to love coming here but now second guessing it.

My husband and I ate there yesterdays morning. I order a steak and egg, he ordered a steak omelet. The food was good in taste, the service was good. Needless to say we both we went and shortly after we both had diarrhea. I couldn’t stop cramping from abdominal pain. I believe we both got food poisoning from people not washing their hands or maybe uncooked meat. Not sure but we both had diarrhea and abdominal pain.

This was our first time visiting, and I was genuinely excited to try this place. We joined the waitlist ahead of time, and although it was fairly busy when we arrived, we were seated right away, which was a great start. Our server greeted us within about five minutes, which was reasonable.
Unfortunately, the experience declined from there. I ordered a hot white chocolate mocha, which took around 10 minutes to arrive and was served at room temperature. While the flavor was good, it would have been much better if it had actually been hot. This seemed more like a service issue and not the barista, as the drink likely sat too long before being delivered.
For food, we ordered the Mexican skillet, chilaquiles, Mickey Mouse pancakes, and chicken fingers. The Mexican skillet was enjoyable, but the chilaquiles were cold, soggy, and lacked flavor. The pancakes were also disappointing, they forgot to bring them to me. The waffle fries and chicken fingers were acceptable, but nothing stood out overall.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. It was very disappointing, especially given our initial excitement.
