Having lived nearby for nearly a decade, I can say that it has the efficiency and consistency that is the point of fast food. Food was consistently fast and consistently good enough. Only quibble is that the amount of salt on the fries varied from 0 to 200%.
Service was always good, insofar as I ever needed to interact.
The one time that I went inside, the atmosphere was fairly non-existent, and the bathroom sink made me think it would make my hands dirtier to touch it—fortunately, it was hands-free—but otherwise everything seemed clean.

this location is always clean and the staff is helpful. everything was fresh and very fast even at a busy time of day. the bathrooms were clean so there isn't much more you can ask for from a mcdonalds. use the app to get rewards and daily deals.

The manager needs to know how to read. I gave them a coupon and she won’t honor it because she read the back and it states owner/operator: for reimbursement send to …… address which is in oak brook. She tells me to goto oak brook🤦🏻♀️. Bad service

Horrible wait time. I placed my order at 9:06PM pulled to the food pick up window got my drinks and was told to park. At the parking spot i waited about 15 minutes for someone to come out with orders and ask me what my order was, none of the orders she had were mine, i continued to wait u till i had already waited 30 minutes i had to get out of my car and go ask how much longer to find out they had my receipt order there and but the order was never made. I understand rush hour but come on now 30 minute wait.

Spent 30$ and the Hispanic kid (looked about 18) working the second window had the audacity to tell me I had to pay for a CUP of water. He was smiling and laughing in our faces.. 11/24 1:25PM. The management clearly sucks too because how do they hire people like that? Avoid this McDonalds. They don’t deserve any business. Never coming back
You can tell they dont change the mop water before going from the kitchen to the bathroom. The floors are so slippery. It's obvious that they went from the kitchen to the bathroom. Someone is going to get hurt real bad. Buy the products that are needed for the bathroom.

Every time I choose that one time out of the year to give this McDonald’s location another try I get reminded why I take the extra mile to go to the McDonald’s in north Avenue I get a McDonald’s breakfast sausage McGriddle then ask for a syrup at the drive thru window then the lady says “ ITS AN EXTRA 60 CENTS” That’s a first they charge me for sauce at a McDonald’s then while I’m counting the change she goes “ JUST GIVE ME WHATEVER YOU HAVE, I HAVE A LONG LINE” how are you going to get mad for counting the change YOU CHARGED ME ? this McDonald’s make the roof of my mouth itch
