How this place is in business is honestly mind blowing. Stop for 2 frappes while on my way home. I pay and am asked to pull around and wait. After waiting for 15 minutes for 2 drinks I loose patience and go in to find three employees laughing and talking while my drinks sit there on the counter instead of being delivered. By the time I attempted to drink the frappe it had melted and was essentially milk. This place has the worst service of any mcdonalds I have ever been too

Every time I order to eat at the restaurant they give me takeaway, it took more than 15 minutes to deliver my order and they serve you as if you were ordering the food for free, this is a thousand times burger king...

Rude/petty employees who will ignore you multiple times or give you an attitude when you’re just waiting on a mobile order you placed 10 minutes ago. You could have at least given me what I paid for, which was a medium fry, not this. This restaurant used to be decent and now it’s trash.

Went here on February 21st with a group of 12. Sign outside stated that the place closed at 11pm. We arrived at 9pm. When we got inside we ordered VIA self kiosks. We put our tables number in and there is no point if they are just gonna yell our table number from the counter. The front counter guy was showing many signs of unfriendliness. At 9:45pm the guy from the front counter came and said “MCDONALDS IS CLOSED” Clearly their sign said they didn’t close till 11pm. Change the hours on the sign or hire more staff to stay till 11pm. We were trying to finish our meals when he came again and said “WE ARE CLOSED” as another guy was already cleaning the dining room an hour before they were supposed closed. Terrible work McDonald’s ??

This has to be the worst managed mcdonald's in Illinois. And don't try calling them to complain because the number they have on line has a voice mail box that's filled. Waited almost 30 minutes for my online breakfast

If I can give them less I absolutely would, this is the worst McDonald’s in the area by far. Constantly gets orders wrong, misses items then gives you a hard time as if their mistakes are your fault. I would and will go out of my way to go to any other McDonalds before this one.

i went and i order 2 big macs with no pickles and onion snd they didn’t even listen.they took my mod and are wrote in the recipe, and a couple week ago they gave a hamburger that it was bad , the meat stink like spoiled come on guy i work for mcdonlds before this should be
