The karting was fun, but the track stewards need to do a better job at using the blue and black flags. The blue flags were rarely used, so faster drivers were just stuck behind others. There was one person just slamming anyone slower than them into the walls and the stewards did not black flag him. This happened two sessions in a row before they talked to him afterwards.

This venue was perfect for my son's 11th birthday but from a parent perspective I felt completely lost. From the booking process to checking in to figuring out where to be and when..caused so much anxiety that I feel a dedicated party host would have resolved but there simply wasn't one. But that aside, my kids and their friends never had such a cooperative and exciting experience in their life. Now knowing what to expect I think I will be better prepared next time.
