I work in customer service and if a customer comes into my place of work and I’m busy with something, I greet him and let him know tht someone will be with him shortly.

I think this is the best Panda Express on the planet because the portions are very fair and the staff is always friendly and that's a definite plus also I really love it that they work hard to make sure all the food items are fresh and it's nice that they keep the dining room very clean so if a friend stops by and asked me if I want to go out to eat then this is definitely my go-to spot✔️🥡🥠❤️👍

Really impressed! I went there today may 2nd at around 1:25 pm to get lunch for my crew. And the guy and the girl on the line were really fast and professional. They where working really well under pressure, and I know it’s not easy in the food industry.

Waited over 25 minutes to complete a simple to go order.
Order online. If you come in at lunchtime during the week, each customer gets ignored for 2-5 mins each while the staff focuses on online orders. 6 person line turns into 20 minute wait. Not a safe bet for 30-min lunch breaks. This obviously has been instructed by management, as well as the fact that they are serving smaller portions now. Yet the prices just keep going up…Just call in an order to your local small business Chinese restaurant- better value, better quality, and better service.

I love panda express I try to come as often as possible. One of the main foods that I like is king pao chicken and also Beijing beef. One ball surprise for me cause I’m not a very big person, but sometimes I order the plate. Thank you, panda express for been there for me.
