I usually have Mexican chowder at Panera. Today I went to this Panera 8.30 pm. I ordered Mexican chowder. It wasn’t hot only warm. Very salty and very mushy. No taste except salt. Is it because it was closing time? When I complained no body bothered. Not good service.

What can I say, it is a Panera. Once you go to one you have been to them all. BUT this one was different because of the older lady that helped me at the register. I love her! She made my day. Plus the cream of chicken was delicious! straight to my soul!

I highly recommend the Health Dept should check this location. I had water from their refreshment machine, I t dispensed ice, then added water and noticed there was an ant in either the water or ice. The service help was horrible and was overwhelmed

Every time I come here after 9:30 they are out of the sprouted grain flats for my breakfast sandwich. I went with sourdough bread and it was ridiculously thin and they took a half of a slice and cut it in half and charged me $6.59! I do not recommend this Panera st all!
