Every time I come here after 9:30 they are out of the sprouted grain flats for my breakfast sandwich. I went with sourdough bread and it was ridiculously thin and they took a half of a slice and cut it in half and charged me $6.59! I do not recommend this Panera st all!

Whenever I come to eat here, they are always out of something. Usually the bread. So the sandwiches are not what they should be. When I get here it is around 6 pm, they close at 9 pm. How do.you always run out of bread?????

The bread used for both our sandwiches were so narrow and short that I felt we ordered off the kids menu. On the contrary, we ordered full size sandwiches. Other locations definitely outside this one. The actual atmosphere was the same as any other Panera. Can't say anything about the service because I ordered of the machine and grabbed my sandwiches on my own. So there it is, won't be visiting this location unless I am stuck nearby and other chains are not opened.

They didn’t know his to use gift card through the app so I had to pay in cash.
Always nice to be a member and refill cups every two hours if needed.

Panera is our go-to for fast healthy food. The locations are easy to reach and are on grubhub. The Lake Street and Army Trail Road locations are always clean and have the best employees. The quality control of orders is usually on the money. Great food for the price.
