Update: I appreciate the investigation into this an would like to thank them it's possibly to do with the store I brought it from and how they were handling it before selling and will update again when it's properly sorted. I don't think people should avoid buying their products based off my review I'm all about giving things another go and will in the future try them again and probably see if I can order directly from them next time rather than second hand handling from a store unless I know it's a fresh order. I've updated from 1 star to 3 cause customer service was very kind and quick on responding.
The tortilini taste like chemicals and leaves a burning sensation in the mouth and throat please review the product. As a Italian family tortilini doesn't taste like that.

People who give this one star are crazy and should know that most fancy Italian restaurants use the same product and charge 5x for it (and most of them would probably give the restaurant 5 stars). This is good pasta. I am Italian and my family has been buying their raviolis for years since Grandma passed away as no one could make homemade ravioli as good as her. This suffices fine.

Their pasta is a lifesaver when I'm short on time! I always keep spinach and cheese ravioli on hand for those busy days when I can't make dinner from scratch. And their rigatoni? Only microwave cooking instructions on the package; nothing at all for a conventional or convection oven.
Also, no oven-specific cooking instructions listed on the website, no QR code or URL to a link with (non-microwave) cooking instructions, and no customer service phone number to call other than 630-543-8300 which sends you to “shipping and receiving.”
Im just going to cover in foil and bake at 350°F until its done, however long that takes. But the principle of it pisses me off; when I am paying a premium for “convenience” but there is no actual convenience, thats not an experience i want to replicate in the future.

I bought these at Woodman's in the freezer section. I was amazed how good the mushroom ravioli were. I've been buying another fresh brand for years but these are far better. I highly recommend. They have a lot of mushroom and cheese stuffing with great flavor. Despite being frozen they cook very quickly. Will definitely buy again.

I prepared according to package directions and this is what I think.This is a garbage product if I could give it a negative star rating I wouldThe chicken is the pressed and formed chicken sliced to look like it was cut from the breast, the sauce had very little flavor and there was weird bits of pieces in it (Not sure what ... Gross) finally the pasta did not cook fully in the cook time that was recommended.This is a product. I do not recommend and will not be buying again
