Made the mistake of ordering their heart shaped Valentine’s Day pizza. Not only was the pizza made, and very cold by the time of pick up the service was so lackadaisical and lacking urgency for how busy the store was on a holiday wouldn’t come back even on a slow day. I ordered in advanced online early and it still took over an hour and a half to get it once I was in store. it was complete disarray no order no directive no management just a bunch of kids behind the counter.

Parking: Shared parking space with many businesses very busy lot.
Kid-friendliness: Small kid meals / small food options

I order from this location because it's convenient, but almost every time I do, I regret it. Every other time I order, the pizza is burnt. When I try to complain online, I never get a response. I'd highly recommend ordering from the Schaumburg location instead. The quality is much better there.

We have not ordered from this location since August due to the poor pizza and figured we would give it another chance. We ordered 2 pan pizzas and an order of bread sticks but received 2 thin crust cold pizzas and an order of cold bread sticks. All tasted like they had been sitting on a counter for a while even though we had just ordered 20 minutes prior. I tried calling to complain and return my food even after a 20 minute drive back home but no answer. At this point my family is hungry so they are some but are now making other food we had in the house because of how awful this experience and food has been. We are definitely not going back to this location as we feel we have given enough chances and this is the final tipping point. We even used 75 points to get some money off our total but that shouldn't mean we don't get what we order. Very sad. I just went on the pizza hut website but when you write in for feedback it errors out and says "something went wrong, please try again". Well I did it 3 times and kept getting the same error. I tried chatting and after filling out the form it says no one is available to chat at this time to please try again. So now I've decided to share this so EVERYONE can read instead just someone at Pizza Hut. Hopefully I will hear back.

Two of the same pizzas One for 20.00 and one for 10.00. Why?? The crust was like wet cardboard and the cheese was lacking taste. Horrible pizza!!!! Nothing appetizing about this meal. I actually have a stomach ache. I called them and there was no effort for them to credit me the 10.00 they over charged me on the 20.00 pizza. They ignored the request. Even the guy at the location didn’t offer. I will never order from this place again. Pyramid has REAL PIZZA!!

I just place an order it was 1hr 10min and still i had received my order so i call to check on my order the woman that order was so rude and kept telling me it was Friday it was Friday and hung up the phone i been trying to call back and my call just disconnects they just pick up and hung up terrible place avoid the head ache.

Multiple orders have been messed up. Tonight it said it was delivered and we did not receive our order. I checked our neighbors house to see if it was delivered ther by mistake. It wasn’t. I tried calling for for 30 minutes and no one answered the phone. We can’t even get our money back if we can’t talk to someone.
