Ordered personal pan pizza online. Shop was out of pan pizza but took my order anyway. I was given a slice of pizza and told it was the equivalent of what I ordered. Cashier was doing his best, but management put him in a bad spot.

Ordered a pizza there they said no specials charged 23.00 for a cheese pizza. Drove far in 97 degree weather my car has no air conditioning. Get there to find the person apparently didn't show up to work, doors locked, many people trying to pick up their orders but no one there, lights off, doors locked. Opens at 10 30 this was 11 00 now. Called the number I ordered from back she says their there because says it opens at 10 30. This was Sunday mind you. She transferred me to that location but no one answering because they are not there! Called back 4 or 5 times where I ordered from and they hung up on me or didn't care or believe me. They said complain to that manager even though they are not there! That waisted my gas money went home hungry angry and full of sweat. They ruined my day, waisted my gas and time and nobody cares. All for a crummy cheese pizza for 23.00! Never going to pizza hut again, close them up like they did Lombard no wonder.

Lady behind counter was coughing and wheezing then touching money then cutting pizza all at once it was disgusting and i regretted buying will never go again, place needs to be shutdown

We decided to buy pizza from here the one in Addison, we'll never again! We went in person to order. Asked for 16 inch We got a 14 inch! Get home looks horrible tastes horrible and way to much salt! To add insult to injury, I called and no one answers i call customer service twice person doesn't speak very good English. Then hangs up on me when transferring me to the store and surprise they don't answer either! NEVER GOING THERE EVER AGAIN!!!

unsanitary. rarely cleaned. food particles and garbage on the floor. sometimes there are leaves on the floor inside. the guys are always dirty from cooking. clothes are stained. this is what the customers see. and what happens in the kitchen where we don't see. horror
Just ordered a 1 medium 2 topping pizza . And it was so fresh and good! I don’t even leave reviews but I just had to come on here and say I’m shocked with how my food tasted . I ordered off the website and it came thru DoorDash and even the dasher was fast and nice . The pizza came so fast and it was soo fresh and hot!

Made the mistake of ordering their heart shaped Valentine’s Day pizza. Not only was the pizza made, and very cold by the time of pick up the service was so lackadaisical and lacking urgency for how busy the store was on a holiday wouldn’t come back even on a slow day. I ordered in advanced online early and it still took over an hour and a half to get it once I was in store. it was complete disarray no order no directive no management just a bunch of kids behind the counter.
Vegetarian options: Lots of fresh veggies available
Dietary restrictions: Very easy to accommodate on the app
Parking: Shared parking space with many businesses very busy lot.
Kid-friendliness: Small kid meals / small food options
Wheelchair accessibility: Not really it’s a very small area mostly for pick up

Tasted great just a little timely

I order from this location because it's convenient, but almost every time I do, I regret it. Every other time I order, the pizza is burnt. When I try to complain online, I never get a response. I'd highly recommend ordering from the Schaumburg location instead. The quality is much better there.

We have not ordered from this location since August due to the poor pizza and figured we would give it another chance. We ordered 2 pan pizzas and an order of bread sticks but received 2 thin crust cold pizzas and an order of cold bread sticks. All tasted like they had been sitting on a counter for a while even though we had just ordered 20 minutes prior. I tried calling to complain and return my food even after a 20 minute drive back home but no answer. At this point my family is hungry so they are some but are now making other food we had in the house because of how awful this experience and food has been. We are definitely not going back to this location as we feel we have given enough chances and this is the final tipping point. We even used 75 points to get some money off our total but that shouldn't mean we don't get what we order. Very sad. I just went on the pizza hut website but when you write in for feedback it errors out and says "something went wrong, please try again". Well I did it 3 times and kept getting the same error. I tried chatting and after filling out the form it says no one is available to chat at this time to please try again. So now I've decided to share this so EVERYONE can read instead just someone at Pizza Hut. Hopefully I will hear back.
