My husband and I went to eat now that the new owner (the anchor) is there. Terrible food. My husband ordered some aguachiles, and it only came with about 5 shrimp swimming in a Valentina sauce, and for starters they only pass the pure toast without a side, We always came when it was called the beaches, but now with these new owners (the anchor) it is terrible, seriously don't waste your time and your money because they also raised the prices on the menu!

They have good food and the service is decent but since the new owners took over, it just went downhill. The portions were changed to smaller sizes with the same price and the alcoholic drinks are also significantly smaller. Bring back the old owners because this ain’t it.

Celebrated a family birthday and the service was great and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The portions were big, food was good, not too spicy but can be made spicier.We brought out own cake and they held it in the fridge until we were ready.Do bring cash to avoid the card fee, chase and BMO nearby.

Nice place, good food indeed... very authentic... flavoring was on point. Shrimp were grilled perfectly, I enjoyed the slight char.... Horchata was great....Staff was extremely nice, place was nearly crowded and the food still came out fast and hot. Will be back again, I will need to try the fish next time for sure.

Worst food I've had in a while and VERY expensive! I had the shrimp diablo dinner. $18 for WAY over cooked shrimp that were like rubber bullets, battered french fries, a blob of over cooked tasteless rice and a tiny salad with no dressing. The sauce tasted generic and store bought. BLEK! I ate only 1/3 of it.

Music was so loud that they couldn’t hear my call in order and missed half of my meal. In the restaurant, the employees could not hear me at all because of the obnoxiously loud (and very bad) DJ. I had to wait an additional twenty minutes for the dinners they missed and was not offered any type of discount. Good food but awful service.
