When you’re at drive through and they send you to park on the other side of the building. ITS SO UNSAFE TO DO THAT LEFT TURN. Work more efficiently so you don’t have to ask ppl to park on the other side.

I went and got a 3 pc chicken. The manager lady was rude. The chicken wasn’t cooked all the way. I brought it back and showed her. She was trying to give me some more chicken after I told her it made me sick. I want a refund. She said I had to come back tomorrow. I went back today. They say open at 10am. The lady said they not open until 10:30am. Customer service is terrible

BEWARE!!! THEY DONT WEAR HAIR NETS!!!WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW!!! Like many other customers that you can see who left reviews, I wish I can give them zero stars! I asked for spicy chicken and they didn’t give me spicy. I asked for sweet tea and the tea was not sweet. why is it so hard for a new restaurant that just opened not too long ago to produce good food? And they expect customers to return to spend their hard-working money considering the economy we’re in right now! Make it make sense… don’t waste your time nor your money!!!

Ordered chicken sandwich with no pickles, fries and a Dr Pepper .. they gave it to me with pickles , so I let them know that I can’t have pickles so they “made another one” that taste like pickles!!!! …. And I got biscuits instead of my fries :) I I was not thinking to leave a review and just gave a friend call to ask to pay more attention or double check with customer that they got it right but after 10+ calls, they never answered :) not the first time I received my order wrong.
