I wish I could rate this Popeyes a 0 . They have horrible service theirs a Mexican older lady that is rude as ever !! Rushes you out the drive thru because of her “ restaraunt time clock “ she’s super rude . Takes forever to make the food I waited about 15 minutes . Gave me the smallest chicken they had plus it was not hot warm . Very horrible service rude people argues back with customers

So frustrating, the staff there is incompetence in taking orders via Grubhub, This place gave me an incomplete order tho I pay full price for it. I call to inform them of the incomplete order. Instead I was referred to Grubhub. I did call Grubhub regarding the issue. Problem solved with Grubhub but NOT with Popeyes on Lake Street, Addison, Il. Poor customer service!

Still disappointing & frustrating. We’ve lived in the neighborhood for 10 yrs, and this particular Popeyes has ALWAYS struggled. We give them a shot once a year but nothing ever changes. We placed our $56 order for 4 meals on their app today for 5p pickup. I arrived at 5:06p and was told at the drive up window to park in the lot and they would deliver it to my car in 10min. 25 min later I was still sitting there. I tried calling (snowy day, I walk with crutches), but no one answered. I pulled back into the drive thru at 5:36p and was tools it was finally ready. I got home t ooo discover we were missing 2 drinks, 2 sides, and nearly all the requested sauces. We give up. We would love to support neighborhood businesses, but this is the definition of futility. The owners reply to bad reviews here but never actually do anything to improve their operations. So disappointing.

I just called them when I found that people are able to get 1 free chicken sandwich when you show your EBT card. The guy said they dont honor that and hung up on me. I haven't eaten in a couple of days because I depend on my EBT card for work. I called back 4 times because I want to speak to a manager and now they won't even answer the phone. Im starving and so disgusted on how I was talked to, hung up on, and now they won't answer my calls. Im furious 😠 They dont even deserve 1 star. Im disgusted and starving. Im spreading this all over the internet. Unbelievable 😡😡😡

The guy with the nose piercing Latino as hell is super rude told me I was yelling at the drive thru when I couldn’t even hear him then says “WHAT” so I raise my voice in order for him to hear then tells me that there was no need to scream and that I was being rude.

For a big order and most of it was a wings how crazy is this and embarrassing in front of your guest
I wanted to order just mashed potatoes, red beans and rice, Coleslaw and a biscuit with honey because I don't eat chicken, The person taking my order act like he couldn't understand anything I was requesting, when I got my food the biscuits were hard, the coleslaw look slimy and I didn't get my honey and the mashed potatoes had been sitting out all day.

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from this location and every time there’s an issue with my order. This time I ordered delivery since I was not able to go there. I ordered the shrimp and chicken meal. When I received the order, there was no chicken. I called the location and they were just like ok. I said ok what? Can I please have my chicken? They said I can come get it. I told them I had no way of getting there, hence why I ordered delivery. Then they said they couldn’t do anything then and I had to call customer service

Order 3 piece tenders… got a box of like 50 chicken pieces - I didnt correct the window guy because they were screaming at a different employee with just aggressiveness I didnt feel safe sticking around. This was kinda the straw that broke the camels back with me and this place
