Carlos was our waitress and he gave me and my family the best service. I recommend For drink a Pisco Sour, empanadas , humitas and the parrillada with chimichurri.

Everything at Rios was absolutely wonderful—from the Pisco Sours and Chica Moradas to the anticuchos, and appetizer sampler with papa a la huancaína and ceviche, and don't forget the incredible chupe de camarones soup. Authentic food my Peruvian dad approves. We weren't able to finish the chaufa but had space for the flan for dessert which was delicious! Service was impeccable, and we loved getting such an upscale experience without having to drive into the city. Highly recommend!

This is our new favorite restaurant. They have a great variety of South American items. Something for everyone, including gluten free items. Their steak and seafood entrees are pricey, but not more than similar restaurants and there are plenty of less expensive choices. Lots of great appetizers which you can turn into a meal.

This is one my favorite restaurants but I was sadly very disappointed by the recent experience I had. The night started off okay. Lots of things, including our order took a while to come out. We figured they were understaffed but there also weren't many people when we were ordering our entrees. Our waitress was very friendly and jotted down our modifications and food allergies with grace and respect. That's always appreciated.
However, we never got our dessert and coffee. We ordered one coffee drink and the alfajores. We waited almost 30 minutes, which is an obscene amount of time. I had to get up and tell the waitress that we still didn't get our order. She was making drinks. She then apologized and said she would get to it. 15 more minutes and I went up to her again and she was still making several other drinks. I told her we had to leave and paid. At this point, it was clear that she was prioritizing other orders before ours or forgot about our order completely. She was in such a rush, but she was also catering to other customers. I saw that another waitress was bringing out coffee for other customers as well. I'm not sure I'll be coming back here.

Food was delicious. Well balanced and tasty. Service did not meet my expectations, though. The gentleman that served my family and I needs to analysis how interacts with guests, during and, especially, after a dinner. His ungrateful, inconsiderate attitude that he displayed, as he approached my family and I in the parking lot, was disgusting. Provide a better service and you will earn a better tip. Until then, be grateful you received something rather than nothing.
