We unfortunately just found out about this restaurant. Right from the start the host was very welcoming and provided absolute customer service! All of the food was delicious and the ambience was perfect. We can't wait to go back!

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but it's the first time I've gone to a restaurant and I literally ate and I was already running and bringing the bill, I didn't have to finish my meal and they were already asking me if they could take the plate, too uncomfortable, so With respect, I just remained silent, but here I leave this comment so that you can improve your attention.

If i could, i would leave 0 star. I want to say my waitress during this awful experience was Laura Alina. I was at this restaurant around a month ago on a Friday with a friend. I got recommended this place by a couple of friends. There were good reviews all over google and I expected to have a good dinner with a friend I haven't seen in months. After making a reservation, my friend and I showed up on time to find the restaurant mostly empty. Logically, I expected to get a good seat because of the wide selection. No such luck as we were placed by the bathroom and the kitchen door. After still having a half decent time, my friend and I got a check for 114.37 (including the fee for using card and tax). My waitress was ok, and I planned on giving over 18 percent tip, so I rounded to 133.00. My waitress, however, decided otherwise and charged me 141.32. That is almost 30 percent for sitting next to the bathroom. I thought ok if I contact the owner, he will sort it out, but my luck continued, and he said he would look into it and help me get my money back right away. That was a month ago. So moral of the story avoid going here and if u want to try their food then at least pay in cash because you will not find support in the management of the restaurant.
we went for lunch. It felt so intimate and luxury experience. Alina, our server was super professional in all her manners. Food super good!! maybe too much fried rice compared to meat but we had leftovers and we ate a lot! Portions are good size. we went saturday for lunch and it was almost empty what is was great. Luxury decor but at the same time so Andean authentic. Great modern-Andean combination. Also!!! If you are chemical sensitive or sensitive to chemical smells place has no air fresheners, also napkins, table cloths are fragrance free!! water is not filtered though but only 1 in one million restaurants is. Just bring a cover for your seating but you will enjoy the experience. Also place is immaculate clean.

Very small place. Cute. Very blue. Nice mural. The waiter has a little trouble with English but was very nice and tried. The bus boy was a jerk and/ or stupid. I asked him to box my steak and he brought me a box, which restaurants do these days, although I prefer to have it boxed for me. But he had taken all the silverware. Except a knife. I asked him if he expected me to stab it with the knife. He said he could get a fork but made no move to get one. He kept trying to take our food before we were done. The waiter brought our bill without asking about dessert. We wanted dessert. I think because the place is small, they wanted us gone. But they were able to split the bill which many places won’t.
The menu was nice with photos of everything. My steak wasn’t what I would call a rib eye. I asked for it charred at it was slightly. Wouldn’t order again. The drinks were superb and the potato dish was so good I asked for one to go.

One of the best tuna and duck I have ever had. Everything is perfect here. Food and service is impeccable. I will return and try more food. Antonio is the best. He gave us the best description of the food and is knowledge of the menu and the culture. If there was 10 stars I would give them all 10.

We had a wonderful dinner in the outdoor eating area. Our server Andrea was warm, gracious, and enthusiastic and made our evening extra fun. It was a special night at Rio’s celebrating new menu items and she described the changes and brought us samples. The Ceviche tropical, Cau cau de champignones, and the plantains were delicious!

They didn't treat me with my wife because there were only two of us
The place was very lonely, it was 3pm, surely the businesses of today do not serve the consumption of 2 people
