I went to this deli thinking it was gonna be good but the food was horrible the service was even more terrible one lady was very rude they charge for every little thing . It was terrible don't recommend it

In Chicago/Addison for work and could only walk few blocks for meal. Serino’s walk in was closed but drive thru was open and was asked to come to drive thru window. I didn’t get the man’s name that took my order and I asked him to make me a hot sandwich….he suggested the Italian beef ….he did ask if I wanted to sit inside while they made sandwich but I just waited outside but appreciated his invite. The sandwich was delicious and the aujus he added to dip sandwich in was excellent. Serinos was my first meal in Chicago area….I highly recommend and look forward to enjoying another meal there soon.

Im from the south side of Chicago and have never been to a deli and let me just say this one blew my mind. Amazing staff. The atmosphere was just perfect, friendly people. The food was amazing I got a meat ball sub and omg that tomato sauce and meatballs are so good. Highly recommend stopping by for lunch time.

First time here. Everything was good but I am a little disappointed with the staffing. I expected real Italians behind the counter. Nothing wrong with my people behind the counter but it felt inauthentic being that this is an Italian Sub Shop.
