Serino Italian Deli

In Chicago/Addison for work and could only walk few blocks for meal. Serino’s walk in was closed but drive thru was open and was asked to come to drive thru window. I didn’t get the man’s name that took my order and I asked him to make me a hot sandwich….he suggested the Italian beef ….he did ask if I wanted to sit inside while they made sandwich but I just waited outside but appreciated his invite. The sandwich was delicious and the aujus he added to dip sandwich in was excellent. Serinos was my first meal in Chicago area….I highly recommend and look forward to enjoying another meal there soon.

Im from the south side of Chicago and have never been to a deli and let me just say this one blew my mind. Amazing staff. The atmosphere was just perfect, friendly people. The food was amazing I got a meat ball sub and omg that tomato sauce and meatballs are so good. Highly recommend stopping by for lunch time.

First time here. Everything was good but I am a little disappointed with the staffing. I expected real Italians behind the counter. Nothing wrong with my people behind the counter but it felt inauthentic being that this is an Italian Sub Shop.

I order 2 Italian subs on I’m crusty bread and eating them the bread was so hard you could break a tooth , the bread almost seems stale and was warm up again so do not order order the extra crusty bread,!!!’nn

I really enjoy this place, but there's one thing to watch out for—there’s a girl who has tried to double charge me for the combo multiple times. Each time, she says, “Oh, I’m sorry, I didn’t notice,” but it's hard to believe when it’s happened three times. She’ll smile and play it off like an accident. When you order the combo, which should include chips and a drink, she tries to charge for the items separately as if you’re ordering two sets of chips and drinks. It’s frustrating, so make sure to double-check your receipt. Still 5 stars because the food is the best!
