I ordered from this location and had a very disappointing experience. The chicken was extremely tough, the wings were undercooked, and one of our entrées and sides was missing from the order. There are better sharks locations do not go to this one.

So, from what I was once told is any amount of wings under 6 pieces does not come with bread. So, I ordered 6 wings, I then ask, is there bread with the order? The cashier says we don't have any bread at the moment. I then ask, can I have a bun as a substitute? He says, I would have to charge you for the bun. I then said I'm already paying for something you don't have, but you will not substitute one for the other. I just walked out. Never again. If they had let me know before I purchased I may not have ordered. But not even given tthat option before hand, I think that is deception.

Bad customer service, did not add ANY sauce for my 12 piece chicken. Two dinners but 8 fries , not even in a proper pan.
The grease is always dirty which makes the food nasty and they don't follow instructions need the health department to investigate they think they in Chicago with those nasty habits they have
