I wanted a crispy chicken sandwich I wasn't asked to upgrade she just made it a meal, That's literally forcing someone to purchase a meal or argue with you! And as a survivor of emotional verbal and all sorts of abuse, I have a hard time standing up for myself! And quite frankly, I shouldn't have to in a customer service situation! It should be my choice to ask for a meal or not! I had been looking forward to trying their food I highly do not recommend it. The chicken was bad, the onion rings were overcooked! And customer service is lacking when you push people into a meal instead of offering to upgrade and letting them decide!

Order the six piece wing and the chicken was OK but the mild had no type of sweetness no type of taste the most bland watered down mild sauce I’ve ever had in my life. I won’t be coming back for that reason alone. Also had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food when they told me it will be ready at a certain time

It's FRESH AND CLEAN! Gave it 4 stars because sometimes they are out of small items but over made to order w big portions and not greasy for it being all fried items. Tried a gyro puff and I will def return for those when the craving hits. Like I mentioned clean and the grease is fresh everytime. Iykyk.

I’ve had this location a couple times but this time was a done deal for me.. I’ve been hospitalized with food poisoning using the bathroom nonstop and unbearable stomach pains since i purchased a 6 piece wing combo from here. This is day 4 since I’ve ate it and im still messed up 😵💫
This was my first and last time going to this Sharks. My chicken was burnt overcookedand taste like it was fried Old grease no seasoning and sent me and my coworker to the bathroom.

Twice I purchased shrimp jumbo & regular twice it's not been cooked all the way & tasted raw the skin even separates from the shrimp. They're overpriced as well & assume everyone wants lemon pepper. I even tried a 4 wing & 6 wing & they are very restricted with the mild sauce, the cups aren't even filled up all the way & they think 1hot & 1mild cup is supposed to cover your fries&meat. Never returning, something is always wrong
