Much more than your regular gaming machine place, this spot has an updated 50's diner feel on steroids. Everything is immaculately clean and new. It's obvious the owner put a great deal of money into this place and it shows. I've been here twice and ate at the bar. They have a killer fried panzerotti - think a pizza puff the size of a football. Just the right amount of sauce and the dough was light and flaky. I've also tried their Caesar salad they have a dressing I've never had anywhere else. Very good, maybe homemade? Not sure. Give this place a try, whether you gamble or not.

I'm from Dallas and demand to come to this place when I'm in town. Everything is always awesome and their red sauce and meatballs are some of the BEST (and my grandmother is from Italy so, you know). Love it, love the vibe, love the family-owned familiarity.

Great vibe. Super cool retro decor. Locally owned. They are just getting started - adjusting the menu and the specials, but everything we've tried is delicious!!! And quality. The family is from the D'Amato's bakery in Chicago- which we love their hard crust Italian bread! Oh and their focaccia bread and let's not forget about the old school pizza. The red sauce is YUM! The real deal - meaty, rich full of flavor! Step back into time to 1965 - except, no smoking. Support a local business!

Stacys is by far the best and most underrated bar in Addison. The atmosphere is amazing, the bar is gorgeous, the ownership is authentic and personable, and the cannolis are the best I have EVER had! The only issue I see With the establishment is lack of media advertisement. Not many people know about it. Utilize Facebook, get on Instagram, get your name out there! I don’t want this place to go anywhere

Owner is incredibly nice, but the food is not good at all. Had some Italian wedding soup for a starter and it wasn't bad in flavor but pasta tasted as though it sat there for awhile, incredibly overcooked. Next order prosciutto and boccincini sandwich and panzerotti. The sandwich wasn't bad, and large but there was probably no more than 2 slices of prosciutto on the whole thing. The panzerotti was not edible, tasted as though they were frozen for months then dropped in a deep fryer with month old oil. We did express this to owner and she kindly replaced it with aa sandwich, did not charge and brought a plate of cannoli as a way to express her remorse for the awful panzerotti. Which is why this gets 2 stars instead of 1. Cappucino was excellent, so perhaps stop in for a coffee and cannoli and skip the food!

Not impressed at all. 2 stars- below average. Walked in, just stood there not knowing if we seat ourselves or if the girl sitting rolling silverware was going to acknowledge us and help us???? She got up and then helped us- while a man that appeared to be an owner/manager just sat at the bar doing nothing. Smelled like someone was smoking cigarettes in the back or something too. Got the bruschetta- no flavor, very blah. Next door is far superior (elios). The chicken parm sandwich was good quality chicken breast, the bread was really good, but very dry- definitely needed more red sauce!! When we were done eating the chef/maybe owner came out from the back and gave a small Plate of olive, cheese, bread, and homemade prosciutto. That was nice of him, just wish it was before we were full. Another 2 people came in- same experience as us- they stood there confused.... seat yourself? Wait? Is anyone going to help us??? We won't going back there.

New spot. Soft opening. Grand opening on Nov.16th according to sign in window. This place apperars to have some type of tie-in with D'Amatos along with their breads and bakery. Really nice inside. Italian cafe style but with lots of tv's for a smaller place. Nice selection of sandwiches, cookies, + D'Amatos breads. D'Amatos in my opinion, makes excellent Italian breads. Had an Italian sub which was pretty good. Fresh ingredients on fresh bread. Also had a slice of Grandma style pan pizza which was really good. I love all types of pizza so I will return to check out other items. Cheers to All
