Subway in Addison

“I start with the employee. His name is Bilal. He is soo good in taking cake of customers. Very calm and disciplined. And he maintain the surroundings very clean and hygiene. He definitely needs a raise. And he will customize the subs how ever want with a lots of patience. And A must go subway. And it is 24hrs. I loved it. Must stop location if you are looking for a subway.“

“I haven t been here in about 8 mos., but the service went downhill.When I got there, no one was there. The only employee was out side taking a break. I waited 5 to 7 minutes for him to come back. Then I ordered 2 tuna subs. There wasn't much tuna left in the container so instead of getting more, he gave me half scoops in the spoon. It was mostly mayonnaise. I mentioned that to him and he simply asked what else I'd like on the sandwich. If I wasn't so hungry after getting off of work I would have walked out.The previous employees were Very friendly. Nothing at all like this guy.“
