Bad food. I saw the man making the sandwich for my Uber order actually coughing over all the condiments and veggies and cheese in front of him and rubbed his face with his hands that had gloves on and kept making the sandwich as if nobody seen! Then I realized they all live here or atleast the manager / owner lives right behind ! Somebody needs to report this

Didn't ask what I wanted sauce wise. Poured Chipotle sauce on the sandwich without asking and I didn't notice. It was terrible

Most stingy Sunway I've ever ordered from. I ordered the foot long Titan Turkey which is supposed to have 16 slices of turkey vs 12 like on a normal foot long. There was probably only 6-8 slices on my entire sandwich. Take your money elsewhere.

Lady who closes is the worst employe ever kept telling customers that they need to hurry and decided cuz she wants to go home even through they were open for a hour still makes no sence if u don't want to work then stay home

Don’t go here. I ordered the elite chicken & bacon ranch sandwich supposedly it’s 2 times the ingredients? Lol yeah right!! What a joke. I didn’t get no bacon, cheese or even chicken. It was a basically a vegetable sandwich.

I have never wished to be able to put in a review with negative stars before, but I do now. Too bad I am limited to the lowest of 1 star.We had the most ridiculous experience attempting to pick up our online order. The people behind the counter refused to give me my order because I did not order the food under the legal name on my driver's license (sorry, I abreviate my name) and my credit card encrypts the card for online purchases, even after showing the order receipt on my phone. After 5 minutes of arguing and my husband and kids getting out of the car they agreed to go MAKE the order?! WHAT?! That was the final straw. This was a prepaid online order and they hadnt even bothered to make the order?! What is the purpose of an online order then?! We told them to cancel the order and not to bother. They had already wasted enough of our time and we already have screaming hungry kids, we will go get something else. I do not recommend and we will not be returning to this location. Not worth that kind of hassle for sandwiches. This is NOT how to get people to return to your establishment.

Waited almost 20 minutes and the person name Gita who was working behind counter was really rude and busy with something else and customer is not important for her to take care. Based on my experience I will not suggest this place to anyone else. How the franchise is handled
