I have never wished to be able to put in a review with negative stars before, but I do now. Too bad I am limited to the lowest of 1 star.We had the most ridiculous experience attempting to pick up our online order. The people behind the counter refused to give me my order because I did not order the food under the legal name on my driver's license (sorry, I abreviate my name) and my credit card encrypts the card for online purchases, even after showing the order receipt on my phone. After 5 minutes of arguing and my husband and kids getting out of the car they agreed to go MAKE the order?! WHAT?! That was the final straw. This was a prepaid online order and they hadnt even bothered to make the order?! What is the purpose of an online order then?! We told them to cancel the order and not to bother. They had already wasted enough of our time and we already have screaming hungry kids, we will go get something else. I do not recommend and we will not be returning to this location. Not worth that kind of hassle for sandwiches. This is NOT how to get people to return to your establishment.

Waited almost 20 minutes and the person name Gita who was working behind counter was really rude and busy with something else and customer is not important for her to take care. Based on my experience I will not suggest this place to anyone else. How the franchise is handled

Finally got subway and let me tell y’all I’ve been dying for that broccoli soup and it was beyond delicious!!!!! The lady was super welcoming

went around 2:00pm for a quick bite. there was one other person in line and they went quick. everything seemed to be stocked. i got a italian herbs and cheese footling with grilled chicken, american cheese, toasted, then added tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, spinach and mayo. the ladies didn't have any attitude just seemed like they were doing their job per usual. my sandwich tasted fine, i enjoyed the freshness of the veggies but chicken tasted odd. i usually get the regular because it has more flavor. also this location does not accept coupons, as posted like 4 times inside and outside on pieces of paper

BEWARE OF TIP SCREEN IF YOU TAP YOUR CARD INSTEAD OF INSERTING IT!This time they added a screen to tip and my card touched the screen and payed for it right away.THEY DONT ACCEPT COUPONS
My family came on thanksgiving evening, nothing was open and this was our last resort. I'm glad we finally found a place that was open but We didn't have a great time. The woman that took my order was not great. My cheese was burnt, she messed up my sisters order, very unresponsive and rude, and when she saw that my food was burnt she made a disgusted face but proceeded to ask me what toppings I wanted even though even she thought it looked gross. Idk man. Kinda ruined my evening. I think the only good thing is the stuff she didn't make.

I walked in and this lady looked at me and my siblings in disgust. We were watching them toast and heat the bread and we were so disgusted by the bad hygiene. As we were leaving the lady there said something extremely rude thinking we wouldn't understand. Never going back!
